I dropped into the service department without an appointment with my 2012 Optima and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They got my car in and gave me updates without me asking for them. When they realized that it would take longer than a few hours, they got me in a loaner and on my way. Jody was awesome to work with and very knowledgable They corrected my issue within a day, what more could anyone ask for!

On Mother's Day I went to Kia and looked at cars, was treated with respect and questions were answered. Called and spoke with Juan the next day and told him what I wanted, we made an appointment for 5/14/2014. Upon my arrival the exact car I wanted was ready, we did the paper work and I drove my new Kia Optima off the lot that day. I must praise the staff for the handling of this sale, Juan went over and above for me and my 13 year old grandson. He was very kind to g-son and made him feel important, which he is to me.
I would refer any friends and family to this dealer. My trade-in was a Kia Amanti, it was an awesome car, had it for 8 years and loved it. Thank you Kia and Juan for a great experience.

Can't speak highly enough about them. Phenomenal service. We went there on a Friday night at about 7:00pm and knew exactly what we wanted. They had everything ready for us. Papers were quick and easy to sign. Easiest car experience I have ever had. Gene was a great salesperson. He answered all of our questions and Mike was fast with the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership.

This place is the last bastion of old school car dealers from the cigarette puffing sales staff to the GED educated sales managers. Seriously, this place is a poster-child for the reason the US auto industry is in shambles. Not for me - from the "less than honest" sales person to the Doogie Houser look alike in the finance office. Wish I would have purchased elsewhere...

My experience with Courtesy Jeep/Chrysler can be summed up simply as: UGH! I purchased a new vehicle that was missing some of the listed features that I paid for. I then had to go back and forth with the salesperson to ensure that what was paid for would be included on the vehicle. After numerous phone conversations, the salesperson stated that he would run over the necessary paperwork, and all I needed to do was schedule an appointment with their service department, state what was missing, and all would be well! WRONG! Courtesy Jeep Chrysler's service deparment is a JOKE! After dropping off my vehicle at 7:30 AM, I get a call from a service guy, Scott, late in the afternoon unprofessionally stating: "Don't yell at me, but I can't do anything with your vehicle unless I get some paperwork" When I explained that was taken care of, he said, "it isn't my fault, I can only do so much"; "my hands are tied"; "no one told me" blah, blah blah... ...Scott was full of excuses. My husband called to speak to a sales manager who then assured him that all was well, the installations would be complete and I could pick up the vehicle and drive merrily on my way...Once again! WRONG! They handed me my key when I arrived without any comment--for good reason...they hadn't done anything to my car, the installations didn't take place. After sitting there from morning to evening...NADA! It was only after demanding to speak to someone, that I was able to speak to Mr. Excuses himself, Scott, who made me wait as he finished a personal cell phone call! His action, coupled with the service departments inaction, made it crystal clear that the customer is not a priority. Once the sale is made, the customer is on their own. Courtesy? Bah Humbug!
