I agree with the other review. They have the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. This stems from the person in the office. My wife paid our bill via electronic banking (which we have done with them before). We never received any notice from Patriot that they had not received our payment. Our last trash pick up was on Feb. 2nd (They just did not pick up). They also did not pick up on the next service day so I found the truck and the driver told me that he didn't know why but that our name was on the list of do not pick up. He did go back and get it that one time and he gave me a business card to call.

My wife contacted the office the next day and spoke to a very rude and indignant lady named Christy who stated that we had not paid therefore our service was stopped. My wife then called our bank to investigate the electronic transaction. The bank stated that the check had cleared on Dec. 10th. The bank then stated that they would fax copies to Patriot Waste. The next service date again, they did not pick up our trash and the next morning a man came to our door with instructions to pick up our can. My wife had him call the office and again she spoke to Christy who was still very rude. Christy didn't want to listen to anyone or look for a possible mistake on their part instead, said that if payment was not received by Feb 22, they would pick up our can.

My wife has tried numerous times to contact Patriot Waste and always gets an answering machine and no call back.

It is interesting that the service they say we have not paid for was for Jan 1-Apr 1. They did pick up our trash for 6 weeks before deciding that we had not paid.

Our HOA has a contract with Patriot for the neighborhood. I will be going to the Board to request our HOA cancel the contract with Patriot and utilize a different service. We have always paid our bill on time. No customer should be treated this way.

If anyone has contact info for the owner, I would appreciate it.

After calling they told me they would come the next day and pick up my trash. I waited all day they never came. By this time my trash can is full and I've got trash sitting in my garage. I called them about not picking up my trash and the manager told me there truck that was working my route was broke and she didnt know when they were going to be able to go out there. I told her I needed my trash picked up that day. She refused and told me she didnt know when she could get a truck to pick up my trash. She never once said she was sorry and treated it like it was my fault. I guess what I'm trying to tell you is that even though they are cheaper than most companys its better to go with BFI they only cost a little more to set up but ive never had a problem with them. I do not want you to think I am an upset crazy person this was truly the worst customer service and company I have ever delt with. Im in the US Air Force and have been for most of my adult life. I've live in the Gulf Breeze Navarre area since high school. BOTTOM LINE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!
