The sales manager (Jeff) and his staff at Rallye Dodge give you a real dose of "shady" people. After several phone calls back and forth trying to negotiate a price, they told me that I had to bring my car in for an appraisal. They told me that I should be between 26k-29k trade in. I go pick up me car from my wife and take off work to go up there. Once there, they told me that they would give me 22.5K. I inquired about our previous conversations and I was told that the price quoted over the phone included the rebates. Rebates are for when you buy a vehicle not a rebate for your trade in. I told the sales associate the (Mike Hughes) that I thought that they "tricked me" into coming up there. He said, I am sorry, thats what I was told to tell you. Could this possibly be why sales persons are generally disliked?
