Airflow had there technician working very hard to make sure I had air conditioning back on last night since we have family company coming in today. I know they are very busy right now since its so hot in summer so I appreciate there extra

While the installation crew (Kevin and his woman assistant) seemed to make a good initial impression on me during their visit to install a new AC Unit #FV4CNB006, they made a very serious installation error by not connecting properly the fan wires inside of the control panel. This caused the fan to operate on low-speed all the time regardless of the humidity level in the house which resulted in a water leak (coil's condensate) through the ceiling a month after the installation. I had to call an Air Flow Designs' emergency service to find and fix the flaw made by their colleagues at the time of initial installation. I am very disappointed by the quality and knowledge of this installation crew.

unlike the other poster here. my experience has always been good with this company. \r\n\r\ni've lived in metro orlando a looooonnnnggg time and have used about all the legitimate hvac companies and this one is the best. \r\n\r\nthey always seem to fit me in quick and are professional. priced competitively, not the most expensive, but not the cheapest either. what i like best is they are a certified carrier dealer and other brands and have nate certification, and training, proper insurances, etc. allot of other a/c companies do not. i know cause i checked them out in detail. they stand behind what they sell, and i've had other a/c guys tell me to pound sand.\r\n\r\ni've been using them for years, and have never had a problem. i even have one of their servide agreement supervised by the state of florida since it's like insurance. my unit breaks and pay them nothing. can't get much better than that. as usual ymmv.

I have never seen a company that treated customers as poorly as the office does at Airflow Designs. I first emailed a service request on the weekend and figured I would receive a phone call before lunch on Monday to confirm an appointment time. After I called Monday afternoon I explained the issue and informed them that my issue might take more than half a day to repair so I would need a tech on Tuesday morning. The tech never showed up in the morning I called again and was told that I was next on the list but they were very busy. The tech called around 7 pm and told me it would be 45 minutes before he would be out to my house. I informed the tech of my issue and he agreed it would take at least 2 to 3 hours to repair and he didn't have all the parts. The technician said he would inform the office and they would call to get me on the schedule again. After 9 in the morning the next day no phone call again, so I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then was informed that I wouldn't be able to get a technician to my house till sometime in the afternoon and that there was no guarantee. I am amazed to find a company that is scheduling service calls without asking basic information to determine possible problems or the amount of work to be done. This is a basic business tool to ensure technicians are scheduled enough time to complete calls and to better assist customers.
