Thank you Sentry Management for making the purchase of my first e in a HOA managed community such a great experience. For years I rented, then bought a condo. I needed to relocate due to a new job. I had made the decision that this time I wanted a house, but friends had warned me about not buying in a managed community. Since I work as well as travel, I knew I would not have the time needed to adequately maintain a freestanding home myself; and the idea of hiring individual contractors to do the work seemed daunting. Well luckily one of my new co-workers lived in a Sentry managed community and simply raved about the virtues of Sentry. After seeing her home/community and talking with several of the people in the Sentry office, my mind was made up. Fortunately, I found the perfect home at the perfect price in a Sentry community. I have lived here now for almost two years and could not be happier. Your community oversight and professionalism are outstanding.
