We had a lot of past due accounts and as a result poor facility funding. With the help of Qualified Property Management we were able to get a handle on our accounts and get residences caught up on their community fee's.

Very professional. We had some sinkhole issues come up during their 3rd year with us and they were able to quickly determine the situation, get experts on site the same day as the event, and get our insurance company moving on the claim

After 12 years with the same management company we decided to switch to Qualified. We had a board replacement and the new members asked the previous management company for a report of what they had done over the last year - as it turned out, they had slowly switched all outside contractors to their company in the 12 years of business with us, used family members as "3rd party" contractors, and in the end tried to force the board out of any decision making by using a loop hole in their contract.

Thanks to QPM we were able to save our community, and save our $$$!

I highly advise anyone - or Board as in my case - to do their homework. It is easy to fall sway to internet reviews, good and bad. Often times we feel the ability to post the whims of our hearts with no thought to the repercussions... but I digress.

My point is this, do what we did; pick up the phone and call clients, visit other associations, HOA's, condo's, etc... Large or small, a Board has the responsibility (and liability) to protect members from the unscrupulous.

Qualified Property Management has close to 200 associations as clients, and my board and I spoke with at least a quarter of them - before we even got serious about a contract!

We spoke with groups ranging from the very large, to the smallest, and while there were lots of opinions the overall response we got was professionalism and quality. I can also say the same of my experiences.

So take the time and do your job (meaning your homework) and choose for yourself. We did, and we're thrilled with the results.

The board I'm on is only over 125 units, but QPM treats us like the big communities. We had some problems a few years ago with keeping up to date on State regulations and ordinances, QPM was able to advise us on the right course of action

They do not deliver what is promised by the owner Harry. He lies and promises individual service but everything is done assembly line. Mary the Office Manager is not very good and does not have a good handle on the office. The girls are overworked. This causes a great lapse in things getting done. Financials aren't done on time, violation letters don't go out on time and delinquencies are not done according to association deadlines. They are very expensive when compared to other property management companies and don't have anything better to offer. My advice go to a smaller, more personal and more importantly more affordable property managment company where you won't be treated like just another number!!
