I had suffered from the symptoms of early onset menopause for 2 years before I found Dr. Brown. The nurse practitioner who did my yearly exams didn't recognize the symptoms because my BCPs were causing me to still have periods even though I was completely menopausal. Dr. Brown quickly diagnosed the problem and started me on medications that have completely remedied the situation. She has been a godsend! I have been using her services for two years and I am VERY SATISFIED with the care I have received.

I drive 45-60 minutes from Kissimmee to see Dr. Brown in Orlando because the OB/GYNs in my area were always "out catching babies" which resulted in nearly all of my appointments being with their nurse practitioners instead of the doctors. Dr. Brown is a caring and knowledgeable doctor and I highly recommend her to any woman who wants high-quality medical care.

Dr's Fu, Aberdescu are good. The remaining doctors, and staff are horrible. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Pros: Doctors good;

Cons: Everyone else; Horrendous

No communication, no follow up and poor attitudes make this group one to watch out for. Their billing practice is such that no matter how many times I requested explanation I did not get it. I had an irregular test result that I did not hear about for 8 months. It was only when I called to make my next appointment that they noticed. My doctor left and no one even sent a letter out. They risked my life, because they can not follow up. There are many choices in Orlando, pick another group.

Cons: no communication, rude, no follow up

I have been going here for the past 4 years, and recently I have decided to change doctors. My doctor has left the practice which now only leaves the nasty appointment women, the nasty records woman, and the negative and completely rude nurses. This office is NEVER on time, and is always rude. Trying to get pregnant is already a hard and difficult process, the last thing you need is going into a doctors office for re-assurance and getting bad attitudes along the way. I am so happy that I left- now the really hard part is getting these people to actually send my paperwork over to the new doctor. They must not know how to use the fax machine either- amongst the other things they don't know how to do!!!! Save yourself time, and a battle with an office and go somewhere else!!!
