The customer service was just Awful. I went in with my 46 in RCA tv I called after a week and was told there was no update that nobody had looked at it. Called another week later woman told me she would have someone call me back another

I originaly scheduled a repair on my Tv, they called me back promptly and came when they said they would be! The tech was very nice to work with and I would have no problem using this company again. \r

Dropped off a 50 plasma set for an easy repair. After two weeks I had not heard from them. Called them twice to check status over 3 days and both times the woman indicated she would get someone on it and call me back. I never heard from them. After 17 days I finally gave up and picked up the set still broken. They even tried to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee even though they had never even looked at the set. When I strongly objected they finally agreed the charge was not warranted. I would not recommend using this repair center unless you have 1-2 months to wait for them to get to it. Apparently they do warranty work for Best Buy and Circuit City and those customers get top priority, so unless you are a warranty customer from those stores your set just keeps getting bumped back in their queue.

I've brought my machine in for repairs twice, and each time I was treated courteously and time of repair was accurate. The technician ( Donald) who fixed my machine really knows his business and I am grateful to him for his excellent work. I heartily recomend them to anyone needing TV's VCR's DVD players/recorders needing repair.

Pros: conveniently located on Rt 19

Cons: It's not the closest place to get to.
