I used this company to move me within Fort Myers. The movers themselves were nice people. The way that they packaged things was a little shady. They used three of my belts to keep my refrigerator door closed while moving it. One of the guys was a big guy, but seemed to have never moved anyone before. Big items were a chore for them to do down stairs. Damaged my refrigerator door in process, and over a month later, they continue to ignore my phone calls, and do nothing, not even an inspection of the damaged furniture. Extremely disappointed with this comapny, who also goes by the name 5 Star Moving. Be very leary and cautious when using this company.

I just would like to say that I have had movers in the past and they were ok but these men at pack and move were extremely courteous and careful they moved my furniture like it was there own. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks pack and move.
