I Listen! The Results Reflect Your Wishes! I've been involved in Kitchen & Bath Design since 1967. The first thing I learned from an "old pro" who was retiring, was to LISTEN! It's very easy to incorporate your own ideas and over shadow your Client's wishes. I've seen it done and heard of the horror stories that evolve with this line of thinking. For that reason alone - I listen! It's the most important thing that I can tell you about myself and the most important part of any remodeling project. I use people that Listen to me, to get the job done. They don't second guess or do it their way because that's what they've done before. A licensed contractor takes care of the permitting and construction.Once you select your Cabinet door and color, I will take you shopping for all of your other selections, such as plumbing materials, counter tops, tile, paint, hardware etc.....One Room or the entire home - it's all there to be done. One Room this year - another next - or all at once....Call today and we'll start planning tomorrow....Within 6 - 8 weeks you'll have a beautiful new kitchen, bath or home office. Don't forget the closet! That can be everything you always wanted too!
Our experience is virtually identical to that of the previous reviewer. Leila did renovations for us on two separate occasions, for kitchen and bathrooms. She is extremely knowledgeable. Her designs are both attractive and very functional. She is nice to work with and available for follow-up after the job is complete. Her workmen are excellent. Her prices are reasonable. The person we recommended her to has now also used her for two different renovations. She will be the contractor we call on if we do any further remodeling. My only regret is that we didn't use her earlier.

I remodeled my Siesta Key condo from 1200 miles away, and couldn't have done it without Leila! She guided me through the process via email and phone, as well as person to person meetings. It turned out beautifully and our guests all rave about it. Two years after the remodel, I had a problem with some cabinetry, and Leila was available to get the matter resolved to my satisfaction. She didn't forget about me when the project was done!
I highly recommend Key Kitchen Design-- Leila's a REAL professional- AND she only works with real professionals.

Leila Phelps of Key Kitchen Design was a delight to work with and had wonderful ideas for our remodeling projects. She carefully listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and found ways to improve the appearance and functionality of our home to our complete satisfaction. She accompanied us to various suppliers, made her discounts available to us, and patiently assisted us in all ways. Her recommendation of a contractor and subcontractors was excellent. Anyone considering Key Kitchen Design would be welcome to come to our home to see the quality of her designs and the contractor's work. We highly recommend her.
