Caitlin Aycrigg is the best. I don't know who else in a dealership will pick up the stuff people leave behind by accident. I forgot my dog's car seat in one of the Jenkins rental vehicles, and only someone like Caitlin would keep my dog's car seat until the next service, which was 3 months later. Then, just last week I drove another one of the Jenkins rentals, and again I forgot my garage door opener inside that rental. I called the dealer right away for them to find my garage door opener, and guess what? Caitlin again found it for me. Thank you Caitlin for babysitting me. I am a 40 year old woman, and I am already forgetting stuff. My pets are so important in my life, and everytime I go over there everybody shows affection to my dog. I am really pleased with the service, and the way they treat me. That is why I drive an hour away. I have a Nissan dealer right at the corner (3 miles away), but I choose to drive an hour way to receive the wonderful service from Jenkins.

They were great on selling us a 2015 Nissan Altima. Everything went smoothly then. We spent close to 4 hours before we left that night with our new car. Since it was dark outside at that point we didn't get to inspect the exterior of the car well. The next morning we were outside looking at it and noticed what looked like a bubble in the paint that popped. Not a big deal but since its brand new we wanted to get it fixed so we didn't have to worry about it. We live about 30-45 minutes from the dealership so its a long drive considering we have a 2 year old. I called the service desk and a woman told us to make an appointment for the following day. We went up there the NEXT day and she took pictures and said she'd call back in a week with an appointment because they were booked. We said okay. The date was 2/7/2015 I called back the following weekend and they said she moved departments so now I have to explain to the service "manager" who would be out until Monday, supposedly. I call Monday morning and spoke to Mike who said they don't do paint jobs when its cold and he'd call back when it warmed up. It was cold 2 days only. So I call back days later after looking at the weather forecast and it was going to warm for the next 10 days. And he's not there I call MULTIPLE times for the next couple of weeks and leave messages for him to get back with me. We went up there Monday 3/2/2015 almost a month after discovering the mess up in the paint and finally spoke to the manager Todd. He was nice and called back yesterday and we're still waiting for our appointment. But after a month of hearing a bunch of "we'll call you back" and "we'll have him call you back" is upsetting when it doesn't happen. After this car is paid off they will NO LONGER have our service. They give great deals on cars but after that you get a run around. I DO NOT recommend them. This is not the first time its happened also. I've seen other people state the exact same thing. They push for you to give them "10" on the reviews and once they receive them you basically become a nobody. This is one of the WORST customer service I've experience.

I don't normally write reviews when I purchase a car. But this time I had to do it for the simple reason of the great experience I had at the dealership this time. I am 65 years old and I have purchased many new cars over the years but Jenkins Nissan is probably the first dealership I have ever enjoyed going to purchase a new car. I had a young salesperson named A. J. Olender which was very knowledgeable and very courteous which you don't normally see in young people anymore. This is the second time I have been to Jenkins Nissan and probably will return again to purchase a new Nissan a few years from now. Hopefully the same salesperson will be there again. I would recommend this Nissan dealership and their salesperson A. J. Olender to anyone that is looking for a new Nissan. This dealership does not have all the bells and whistles like other Nissan dealerships playing with basketballs to win a trip and garbage like that. But if you are looking for respect and a very fair deal I would recommend this dealership anytime. Dennis Holody

Just bought a Titan from Mario Dorado! The absolute best experience I have ever had. I came in looking at a frontier but Mario showed me the Titan (which I really wanted) and I fell in love with the truck. He found the color I wanted and went above and beyond what your typical salesman would do. He even followed up with me to see if I still loved my truck and if I had additional questions. He never pressured me, he listened to my wants and needs and showed me all the details and workings of my new car purchase. By-the-way, the Altima I purchased is by far the best small car around for the money and features offered. I cannot tell you enough how pleased I am with my experience. Much better than the Orlando dealerships who enjoy playing the typical dealership game with people. I would like to say that the encounter I had at Jenkins Nissan was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I walked in with a two year old and six year old in tow and were out the door in 86 minutes with the new car we wanted, paying what we wanted to pay, having received what we wanted for our trade. There was no pressure, no "high ball, low ball" back and fourth, no "let me talk to the sales manager". Rahshon Clark was polite, well informed and easy to work with. This was the first time I've ever left a dealer with a new car and not feel like I was raped, or had buyers remorse. I whole heartedly recommend Jenkins Nissan and their sales team. Well done guys!

I bought a 2013 Pathfinder from this dealership. The sales experience was fine however; the Pathfinder I bought from them was a Lemon. The Transmission and torque converter was flawed and shook as I drove down the road like I was being hit from behind. Spent 10 months dealing with the issue - brought it in to the shop 4 times for them to repair it. (No Fix) - I called a Manager Glen McGuire to see if we could get some or all of our money back that we paid to put the zillion on our car. I am ok with the answer "no" its my second favorite answer after yes. However, there is a difference in saying No and showing empathy towards the issues we (the consumer) have been having and caring about a customer as a person rather than the treatment we received. He became angry at the mention of the issue, became very rude and mean on the call, and hung up on me. "You can bet I will never buy a car from you again". I tried to call him back to continue our conversation and he told me off and said he was busy and hung up again. I have never been treated so rudely by someone I spent $40,000.00 with. The other managers might be ok but this Glen McGuire guy seems in need of Sales Training or just a class on how to show empathy or care about what another human being is going through. If I sold a Lemon to someone I would feel terrible about the situation and do what I could to help and not spend my time being a jerk to your customers I am very upset at how I was treated by Glen Mcguire.

Jason Percy was my salesman and he made the experience very easy and comfortable. There were no "surprises" after driving from Orlando to Lakeland and left in my new car. Where is that :ZERO" star? hmm, I personally "one" star is too many for these people....Sad but true, I was bait in to believe there straight forward practice and they will honor their price as advertised, emailed, and verbally over the phone...I guess I was too naive to believe these people.

BAD business practice! Please learn from my mistake...RUN! Please don't give those people your business, your hard earning money. I am highly upset with their lousy faulty deceptive dealer. Rita garrison emailed me a price quote and convinced me over the phone that will be the selling price and I should fill out a credit application online and had me sent them a copy of my driver's license to them. After they get everything they need then there's the $2000 more bomb dropped on me. They claimed the owner had put the wrong price on the internet, which all three of the with the same model and price, even the model had match the advertised model discount? That's a mistake?....Really? Well, looking at the inventories that they had over the internet, it doesn't seems to be that big of mistake in his pocket. It made his pocket pretty healthy. No! I don't have extra $2000 of my hard earning money for people like you and your internet director, Rita Garrison!
