I was in the Marine Corps for ten years I was injured in combat. After I got out I tried the V.A. But they Were no help at all. All they wanted me to do was keep on with the physical therapy after a year of that I went to see Doctor Jungreis. That was the best thing I have done for my pain problems. I spent hours with him and we came up with a plan that really worked. I had Facett injections and and a new type of medication. I can run and I can tie my boots on my own now. No more waking up in the middle of the night in agony and not being able to get out of bed in the AM. If you are in constant pain Please go see him. In the Marine corps we have a saying it is SEMPER-FIDELIS. It means always faithfull. And that is what Dr. Jungreis is.

Pros: NO MORE PAIN

Cons: NOT GOING TO SEE HIM.

.

Worst Pain Management physician in Central Florida.
He is looks down on people and is narcissitant and arrogant.

He only wants to take people with insurance so he can make money off of them.

He used to take self pay patients but figured out he could not make money offf of them unless he added tests that were not needed like Pulmonary Function Tests and EKGs.

As you are able to see he was scamming these poor people without the money to pay for these extra tests that he all of a sudden added to his office visit.

What else is there to say, nothing, anyone can see he was taking advange of his self pay patients.

After a severe automobile accident in 1994 and a number of spinal surgeries over the years I suffer like many others from chronic back and neck pain. At the age of 25 my life was changed dramatically.
In 2001, after suffering for 7 years with chronic spinal pain, my father called me from Orlando and told me that he had found Dr. Jungreis at The National Pain Institute.
During my initial evaluation, Dr. Jungreis spent 2 hours with me, he was genuinely interested in helping me to get my life back. I also met Alicia during my first visit. She is a P.A. who was extremely thorough and caring. It was very impressed and needless to say, I have been a patient ever since. My father and 2 of my Aunts have been patients at the National Pain Institute as well.
The thing that impresses me the most at The National Pain Institute is the caring and kind attitude of the staff. I can tell when my pain level goes back down after a bad spell the Dr.s and P.A.'s are genuinely happy. The receptionists, office staff and nurses are very kind as well. They truly care.
The National Pain Institute is a comprehensive practice that offers everything from Physical Therapy to a Pain Psychologist, Cortisone Injections, IV Therapy, Hormonal injections, rhizotomies, as well as many other services. If you suffer from chronic pain you can definitely understand the importance of this comprehensive approach to pain management. Dr. Jungreis is constantly adding new, state of the art equipment and treatments to help his patients. I would recommend the National Pain Institute to anyone who is suffering and needs quality care. Over the years I have met many patients at The National Pain Institute and more than I can count have told me they don't know what they would without Dr. "J".

Pros: Everything

Cons: Nothing

.

I just started as a new patient of Dr. Jungreis the Co-Founder and Owner of the Facility and I am very impressed. The Visit was for a second opinion and to see if this could be a good patient and Doctor relationship. I have only been for a couple of visits, but I was impressed enough to recommend a close family member.
If you are in Pain I would suggest you ask your primary Physician for a referral. I am still new, but not easily impressed as a Registered Nurse I am very weary of all Physicians. This one truly seems to care and demands the same of his staff. I will keep you posted as time goes by...................
But if you have been in chronic pain and do not have a Physician this would be a great place to start, If you have a Medtronic Intrathecal Morphine Pump or need a trial for one start here, having problems with a pump go for a second opinion here, Whatever your case if you are in Chronic pain, are not getting any help check it out......

Pros: Large area for dropping off and picking up patients. Office wait time is short and staff friendly...

Cons: Parking can be hard to find but wait time is very short.
