Winslow Kevin L Md - Florida Institute-Reproductive

There are three docs you might meet with when going to the FIRM. The best two, in my opinion, are Drs. Winslow and Freeman. Just like other folks said, Dr. Winslow was comforting and realistic. I had a hard time deciding on IVF, b/c of my faith. They helped as best they could. My only "but" is that I felt like more information could have been provided in the beginning. My only advice would be, no matter where you go, ask TONS of questions. One great thing is that every single time I had a question, I would get a call back within the hour from a nurse and, even sometimes, Dr. W himself. My husband and I are expecting twins now. I know it could not have happened without IVF and the help of the FIRM.

I was NOT impressed with Dr. Winslow, rather I was very put off. I informed the Dr. of my desire to have a natural conception and that I was not interested in IVF or any other assisted method. He was not interested in helping me find a solution to my problem. All he would say is "you must do IVF, it's your only solution". He was very curt and cold. I might as well have talked to a wall. No thanks. I'd rather go through the grueling adoption process than deal with this "Dr."

After having seen another doctor and consulting with 2 more we decided on Dr. Winslow to help our family grow. He gives a practical outcome of your chances and will put a plan into action based on what you are comfortable with. He is a kind man and will listen to what you are feeling and want. The lab is state of the art we did our homework on this b/c it is so important in the equation. How blessed we are to have him right here in Jacksonville. There are others in town but don't waste your time he's open everyday and will accommodate your schedule. The nurses are wonderful as well. Schedule a consultation with him and you will see for yourself. We are expecting twin boy/girl this spring and couldn't be happier.

Dr. Winslow is the most gracious,, generous doctor I have met. He will make sure you know realistically what your chances of achieving a pregnancy are. Many others will tell you tall tales of getting pregnant. We paid out of pocket for everything (our policy doesn't cover fertiility)and when we got pregnant with TWINS our insurance kicked in. He has the best most organized compassionate nurses I know. The state of the art office and embryology lab is paramount. We are very lucky to have him right here in Jacksonville and I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Winslow and his staff are excellent! I was going to another Reproductive Endocrinologist in the area and Dr. Winslow's practice is far and above better. I appreciate that he'll take the time to throughougly answer my questions. I know that he's doing his best for us to conceive and deliver a baby. Please give him a try before going elsewhere.

Dr. Winslow is the best in his field. He handled us with care and patience. His staff was also really great.Anyone who needs a little help conceiving should see him.
