My experience at this restaurant angered me to the point I will never go back there. Why? I ordered a sushi lunch and was surprised by how much junk fish was on my plate. No one bothered to ask me what I like or did not like, instead, you could tell they just wanted to get rid of some unwanted fish and used my lunch as their method of discarding it. I DO NOT eat mackarel and they refused to exchange with something else so I left it on the plate to be thrown away. They also tried passing off some yellow egg on me as though this were sushi. It is egg! And you need to ask the customer if they will even this crap instead of trying to just hand me a plate full of garbage I would not feed my dog. If you want my business and you want me to come back then you need to hook me up, not screw me over. Next, I was very unhappy with the size of the pieces of sushi. He cut them so thin you see the rice bumps poking through. And the pieces were as thin as my drinking straw. This does not cut it. This is not hooking me up. I know you want to save money, but not to the point of ripping me off! I expect this kind of sushi at Osaka all you can eat, but not a real sushi bar. If you want fast food quality sushi and you don't care what you get or how little of it, then this is the place for you, but if you are serious about your sushi and you expect nothing but the best, then you better skip on over this place.
