Highly recommend using these people for alarm security. I heard of some robberies in my neighborhood and thought I needed to get an alarm system as soon as possible to be safe. I am glad I did. Someone did try to break into my place after I got the alarm system and it alerted the cops and the fugitive was arrested. Thank you.

I have been an EMG customer for twenty years thru two houses and three different alarm systems. I can??t compliment them enough for the great service and support that they have always given. Through all of the false and real alarms, they have had a good attitude and have been very helpful and not once have I ever though about changing alarm companies and that??s saying a lot these days.

I have been with EMG for about 5 years. I was originally with another alarm company but switched to EMG because they had better pricing to put alarms on all my windows. I have been very happy with EMG and have had the same service representative all 5 years to assist in any issues I have had, which is very nice. They are very good about promptly calling and asking if everything is ok and they are also very good at getting things fixed if something ever goes wrong. I feel secure and happy with EMG and plan to use them now and in the future.

I paid a sizeable installation price for this worthless system ~ I have had NUMEROUS service calls (the techs are always courteous and SEEM helpful) but the same problems of SPONTANEOUS BEEPING resumes a day or two after they leave. The Green "ready" light is never on.
This is a 2-year contract to pay for monitoring and I am at the end of my rope. I spoke to a phone rep last night, and advised that if a repair tech doesn't fix this system today, I will be tempted to totally dismantle it. It's 9:30 AM on Monday, and no one has called.
Last weekend (Labor Day) I was advised (over the phone) how to disconnect the system and its back-up battery, which I did. I was told it was the fault of my digital phone being tested at a similar time (about 2AM) as the EMG system, and that would be changed to 8 AM by EMG. As of Sept. 6, that wasn't changed. And the SPONTANEOUS beeping resumed.
With one phone rep this past week, I went through ARMING the system, breaking the seal by opening a door, to see what signal the company received. The resulting "ALARM' was so PUNY & WEAK, it didn't even wake my puppies who were asleep. Disarming then stopped the beeps for almost 24 hours! (Yea)
I have done everything, called everyone I can find, and still I sit here waiting for a response to these problems..........and no one's here. (I told the rep last night that I have a 10:30 appointment this morning, and was reassured I'd see their repair tech EARLY.
BROKEN PROMISES, INEFFECTUAL REPAIRS, NON-RESPONSES FROM CALL AFTER CALL! I AM VERY SICK OF THIS SYSTEM.
I AM REPORTING THIS COMPANY AS MISREPRESENTING THEIR SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
