Pop-A-Lock

Eddie from pop-a-lock had me in mycar within seconds after arriving. The total time from my initial call in until when I was in my car was only 12 minutes! Great service and incredible response time. Highly recommended.

The service was GREAT! A gentleman came to pop my car lock in under 30 minutes. He explained exactly what he was going to do and opened my car within minutes without a scratch. His name was Josh and he was a life saver. Professional, friendly and knowledgable, I'd use them again if in a similar situation.

Whoever I talked to before had no idea what they were talking about when I called I was told it would be $29 for someone to come get me into my house. This guy shows up and says it would be 50 something

I had a flat tire and called Pop-a-lock. Someone was sent and arrived within 25 minutes and Jose provided excellent service. He was thorough and helpful.

I was at UCF taking a test when I had finished and was ready to go back to Brooksville, a mere 94 miles away, I felt something odd with my tire and realized to my horror that it was flat!
Todd was helpful, courteous and extremely kind.
I am thankful and happy with the work he did.

Along with friends from the UK we experinced a break down with our hired vehicle from Alamo. Pop -A-Lock was the company which they called out to us and the service given by Josh was just superb. The fault with the van was more in depth than first thought and Josh stayed with us for over an hour, using his cell to contact various call centres to get us on the road again. Well beyond the duites he needed to undertake. If you are ever in a situation where you need the services of Pop-A-Lock rest assured they will stick with you until your problem is resolved. 1/25/2011 I want to give 5 stars to POP-A-LOCK!!!. Yesterday I mistakenly pushed the lock button on my car after strapping my baby in the carseat along with my purse, cell phone and keys... I was frantic because I had just given her (2 yrs. old) a lollipop and was so afraid she may choke on it while I was helpless to do anything if that would of happened. I know alot of us parents get distracted when u have diaper bags, coats, purses, etc. After I strapped her in I threw everything on the front seat including my keys and out of force of habit I hit the what I thought was the unlock button for the drivers side instead u guessed it I hit lock. I immeadiately ran into the store to call 911 and the Fire Dept came and called pop a lock to help out. I had no idea that they have a fantastic policy if a child is locked in a car they will open it for free... There aren't any companys I know of that would do that. So I want to inform the public that if you are ever locked out of your car, home or just need a lock re-keyed PLEASE... call them whether or not a child is involved their prices are more than reasonable and the timing was unbelieveable!!! We need more people in this world like the owners of POP-A-LOCK so let's give them the business they deserve you won't be sorry. The tech had my emergency fixed within 5 min's and was the most compassionate, friendly, knowledgable person. I can't say enough about this company THEY ARE # 1 in my book!!!!

MIke was extremely helpful. The response time was within 30 minutes. I was greatful since I wasn't able to get into the house after a week of travel. Mike replaced the front door and dead bolt. I would recommend to anyone. I have the business card in my wallet! Thank you.

We called Pop-A-Lock on a Saturday morning and Mike showed up with in an hour and rekeyed 4 doors. Great service!

Rafael, the technician, was very courteous and friendly. He did a fast and super job, I was very surprised on how fast he opened the door. Many thanks to him and all of you who come to the rescue!!!!
