DON T BUY FROM ZIENTTE!! Dealing with ZIENTTE has been a nightmare! I bought a leather sectional sofa 2 years ago, and have wasted the last 2 years chasing ZIENTTE to either fix or return their defective sofa. The sofa was delivered with lopsided cushions, crooked seams, and the worst overall craftsmanship. If you are hoping to find European style and quality--DO NOT BUY FROM ZIENTTE!!! Even worse than Zientte s poor quality is their customer service. They wasted my time for 2 years with their failed attempts to fix the sofa locally. When Ziennte finally realized they could not fix this defective sofa, they agreed to order a new one--but they sent me the wrong sized sofa--half the size of the original. When I informed them of their mistake, they refused to take responsibility. I heard they are changing management of the Miami store--and they don t care to screw over customers. At the end, I am stuck with this deformed and defective leather sofa--and out of $5000. ZIENTTE does not deserve the 1 star rating, they deserve zero stars!!! DON T BUY FROM ZIENTTE!!

I love buying new furniture. I'm an antique kind of girl. I like to hunt and peck for my furniture. And I like something with a little history behind it. That's why I love Zientte. They sell unique pieces, handmade out of exotic materials. I found something that gave my room a modern kick without being too over the top and looking completely out of place in my shabby-chic house. The store is well-done. And it's close to the my apartment .

I was looking for a modern furniture store in Miami.I found out about Zientte through their website www.zientte.com. I bought 1 year ago a contemporary leather sofa. Nice quality at a decent price. After a year the sofa looks even nicer!

Nice contemporary furniture store in Miami. Bought a white leather sofa and came out pretty cool. They told me 6 weeks and it came only a few days after. I highly recommend Zientte
