After learning of a potential beam problem with my home, I found Dolezar Construction. John Dolezar spoke with me over the phone and was courteous and professional. He came to my home on a Saturday, and did a full inspection of my home via the crawl space. He advised that there was no foundation problem, and that with some minor work I could control the moisture issue with under my home. He refused to be paid for his time, and stated his estimates were free. After being quoted $8,000 by another company that never went under the home, it was amazing to find an honest business person. I can not put into word how impressed we were with John Dolezar and his company. This is the person to hire if you EVER have any issues like I did.

After an informal inspection of our home by an inspection service, they adivsed I may have a beam issue with my home. I found Dolezar construction online and spoke with John Dolezar. He was nice, courteous, and very professional. He came to my home on a Saturday, and did a full inspection of my home in the crawl space. After the inspection he advised me there was no problem, and that no one had been under there in a long time. He advised there is a minor moisture issue that could be corrected myself by clearing out some debris around the crawl space vents. John Dolezar advised that there was no charge for his time, and provided honesty that is unheard of these days. I can not tell you how impressed we are with Mr. Dolezar and his company. The effort, knowledge, and honesty sets him apart from all others.
