Hi Kathleen, the wait wasn't that bad for me, but the smell was horrible. I don't think they ever clean that place, I had to use the bathroom and it was dirty, smelly, nasty. The floors I don't think has ever been washed. Your are going to a doctors office and you expect everything nice and clean, it was terrible !!! On top of that I got ripped off. They told that I had a cavity and that I had to pay $112 because the insurance wouldn't cover it, which my husband called and they said all that I had to pay was $10. The doctors office gave us some Liam excuse. Never in my life would go back there. Its SMALL, NASTY AND DISHONEST....DON'T GO THERE!!

The waiting room is super tiny, and the office has an open floorplan. This means that you get to see other people's work getting done and they get to see you. The actual dentist was very good, but the atmosphere stinks. The wait to see the dentist was very long. My appointment was at 11 a.m, but I didn't even get called back until almost 12.
