Tuffy Auto SVC Ctr

I only bothered to create a citysearch account and write a review to counter "froggy" from 10/18/10. Believe me, I have better things to do. That said, I have taken my Escalade and my Lexus to get basic things done at Tuffy's and Frank, the franchise owner, is not only a really nice guy, he is also fair and honest. This place was referred to me by multiple people in the Julington Creek area and Tuffy's did not disappoint. Please disregard "froggy" since it sounds like they told him he had to pay for his tire (that probably wasn't under warranty) and he wanted something for nothing. He could take his business elsewhere, so I'm not sure how they could screw him over. Froggy sounds like a little bitch who complains about everything he doesn't get for free.

Had the worse customer service. They would not replace my tire that was under warranty. Do not go here. They will screw you over!!!
