We verbally contracted with this company the first week of April 2010. They were scheduled to pick up our product. We stated only one concern, that the product be there on April 20th as we took off of work to be there. On Saturday, before we called to see what time they would arrive. They told us that it wouldn't arrive until the following week at some point but the would call us 24 hrs in advance. They never called so we called them, 5 times, given different answers every time. Finally they said they would be there Wednesday the 28th. When we got home the driver called and asked me where to park, I stated ""outside the house"" he stated his vehicle was too big then yelled that I need to figure it out. I explained that I paid for logistical work not to be the provider of information and I dont' know anything abou tthe area. Finally they parked and began bringing in my stuff. They tracked in feces, trash, dirt etc. The work case was that in front of us we asked that they be extra careful with an antique buffet that was given us by a relative that passed away. Not more than two seconds later the driver/unpacker put his feet on the legs and cracked the bottom two. Not even an I'm sorry, just a ooops. I asked for a form to file the complaint and he said to write it down and he would sign it. Everything from this entire company was ""not my fault"" from the managers saying it was ""not my fault"" they won't get their on time to the driver ""not my fault"" that i couldn't park, broke your stuff, etc. Everything was our fault. This company was horrible and I have the most precious part of my shipment broken with no resolution just heartbreak and grief. To resolve this issue i would like several things, compensation or repair for my buffet, a refund on the shipment and an apology for the horrible way we were treated.
