This company replaced an icemaker and a defrost heater to the tune of $600.00 on my Subzero freezer and within 2 weeks, the same problem began occuring again, leaking water into the ice bin causing frozen clumps of ice. I called to request a service call to check it out and was told by the extremely rude little man who answered the call at the office that it was a leaking valve that was not under the warranty. When I said that it appeared that it was the same problem as before because the ice clumping in the bin was the reason we had called the first time, he said he wasn't going to argue with me and to call another company, then just hung up on me. Total time of the call, less than 2 minutes. I don't usually have problems with people and try to be considerate of other's feelings and hoped that he was just having a bad moment. After a few minutes I called back again and said that I expected a serviceman to at least check out the problem since I did have a warranty on the work. Again, he was extremely curt and rude and said he would have to have an invoice to check. I said I had the invoice in my hand and what information did he need. Again, he just hung up on me. I don't know if he was the owner or an employee, but either way, he was unbelievably rude and shouldn't be in business.

My next step is to contact Subzero and ask if this company is really licensed to service their product, then I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, not that that will do any good, but there will be a report on file if anyone else has a problem.
