However the part of the project that is built so far, has been a bit of a disappointment. The stores that are there in addition to the existing Super Target already are in this area.There was talk of Dicks Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Cost Plus- World Market , AC Moore and PetSmart , none of which materialized. I realize this could be in part to our current economic condition. Benderson appears to have a powerful name in the business, I am surprised they werent able to get these retailers on, and actually fill all of the spots in phase one.
