For some reason the Land Rover dealer sent me to another shop for repairs. After visiting that shop, National Imports , I opted not to go there and found Daya's instead. Daya's is also Land Rover certified and far more advanced and impressive. Seeing that this was my 1st accident, I felt at ease with my new baby being repaired at Daya's. The office and staff are very pleasant.

I picked up my Mercedes Benz last week from the new South Orlando location and loved the work! I used the Longwood shop for years on my other vehicles but didnt like the long drive from my home in Orlando. I was hesitant trying a new facility, but once I found out the new location was run by the same family I knew the workmanship would be flawless.
Top notch! keep it up!

I was in a car accident on December 17, 2010. My car was 4 days new, with 200 miles on it. As upsetting as it was, I had to get the car fixed ASAP. I called Orlando Infiniti (where I purchased the car) and was told that they do not have a body shop there and said they recommend Dayas Custom Auto for any body work. So off to Dayas my BRAND NEW car went. On December 24, I was told that since the car was so new, they had to wait for parts and that the car will take 4-6 weeks to fix. As upset as I was, I wanted the car to be done correctly, and from the place recommended by the dealer. My 30 days car rental through Allstate was fast approaching, and Dayas knew the level of importance to being on time. So today is now February 8. I was told by Anan (the "manager of the body shop" and the mechaninc working on my car) that the car was now going to be ready on Fri. Feb 5, that Allstate was the hold up due to another insurance payment that Dayas needed. So on Monday the car would be ready, I asked him to call me ASAP so I can come and get it. I called at 4:30 pm (as I was anxiously awaiting his phone call, as promised and still had not recieved it) only to be told that Allstate did not give the correct check amount, and that he still had to "finish up" my car. After all the unprofessionalism, I simply told him to FINISH MY CAR...it has been 83 days (versus the max of 56 as he advised earlier) and that my car needs to be done, so I can pick it up when the final check was issued. He advised me that other cars are fully paid, and he will work on those first before finishing mine. So, I called Allstate and was advised that they already made the $9986.00 bill electronically. I then called Dayas back and spoke with a woman who told me that Allstate shorted them $100. So, this "professional, top of the line" body shop had the audacity to hold up finishing my car for $100 (which was sent once they were informed). I will be waiting there for my car tomorrow...and I will see what kind of body work they perform; because any other services that they have provided besides that has been the WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, STRESSFUL and EXHAUSTING experience I have ever endured.

I have had two cars repaired by Daya's Custom Auto, and have personally seen four cars repaired by their facility. They do excellent work. Most recently I had my passenger side door and bumper repaired due to a car accident. They accepted my State Farm Insurance, and only collected my deductible. Even better, they noticed an issue I was having with another door (unrelated to the accident), and were able to do that repair for 1/4 the price I had been quoted by the dealership. And when I got my car back, it had been washed and waxed, and the interior had been vacuumed, Armor All applied, and I think they even shampooed the carpets. I can't even get my husband to do that!! I have sent my mom there for car repairs and she had an excellent experience as well.
