STAY AWAY!!! This company has VERY BAD service!!! They installed a unit in my home and did not pull any permits!! Which is no big deal but all they do is swap units. They do not care if it is properly sized or anything. MY 2 ton unit was NOT big enough to run my house and I called back numerous times and they came out to tell me ""it is really hot out""!!! How can you say that. The AC should be able to keep up with the NEW windows I have. After about 10 times of them being out they finally admitted I could use a bigger unit. But they could not refund the unit I had and give me a bigger one if I paid the difference!! HORRIBLE!

And the person answering the phones is clueless and rude!! The MANAGER is VERY rude and does not care about the customer at all. He said there is nothing wrong with the unit but how can that be when it stays on 20 hours a day!!! NOT supposed to happen!!!

Overall VERY BADD business and I highly REGRET going to them in the first place. Prices arent cheap either with them so it you arent getting what you pay for!!

Please stay away from this company, they have very bad customer skills and their people are not smart!!!

One last thing, I asked them if I could increase the fan speed of my unit and they said ""NO"". Me, not knowing anything about AC units, opened up the unit and found a wire that increases the speed of the fan. Funny, how can they say ""NO"" when I did it myself!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!! Do I have to give it one star? They deserve NONE!!!

Had no air, called The AC Guy, they came out really quick. My evaperator coil was filled with hair from my dog and algae. I needed a coil clean. The technician completed the job right then and there and was gone within 2 hours. They did a great job and my air is perfect. They gave me very reasonable prices for changing the system when I am ready. Great service, great value ! I would recommend for sure

I CAN'T POST THIS WITHOUT AT LEAST GIVING 1 STAR, THEY DO NOT HAVE A NEGATIVE RATING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My parents who are senior citizens and on a fixed income made the mistake of getting new AC unit because it should be main tenance free and had a waranty well I say NO AIR OR NOW HEAT for you. They just again for at least the 3rd time had this so called company out to again fix their air this was the week of Thanks giving, so my mom could make dinner and have all of us over she was prayed upon yet again by this company. Well guess what tonight 40 degree weather and my parents are with our heat now. I wish I was informed prior to this, but I just went and got them a portable heating unit to get them throught the night because they will not leave their home. It is that same pride that prevented them from informing me about these people coming out so much to so called fix their air. I did just speak with the tech and after explaining the deperation of this heat now not working, he informs me there is a 189.00 charge to come out. I think that when they went over yet again to charge my parents who are on a fixed income to fix there air, they decided to get some job security or maybe some money for their xmas and did something to their het. Well I have been doing my homeworki and not only are their laws against praying on the elderly, it is morally wrong. I would bet the Sarentino's and Aiellos are not cold tonight. I just hope they can sleep with being just scam artists. We need to get everyone that has been scammed by this company to get together. Can you say CLASS ACTION. Well I am off to contact the BBB, Trust link, The Florida State Attorney any and all licensing agencies I can find and Help me Howard. These people must be stopped. I wish they had a zero star rating so I could illustrate how bas this company has performed for me. Most recently they came out and although I bought their very expensive maintenance plan (do not do this--it covers nothing but a $40 fee--you pay for eveything else!) they claimed I needed a new starter kit and to clear the drains. I was quoted $179, then presented with a bill for $262 after the work was done. My objections fell on deaf ears. My a/c stop working completely shortly thereafter. Exasperated with the performance by this company I called another that is rated A+ by the BBB. I was told by that tech the The A/c Guy installed the starter kit wrong and the cap had blown off (which he said could have started a fire) and that they had performed the maintenance so poorly that the compressor was kicking on and off constantly causing the compressor to blow. \r

I edit may review as follows: A person who identified himself as the owner of The A/C Guy called my and said he was trying to understand my issues. He immediately accused me of being a liar stating that there could have been no fire. He yelled that he was going to sue me and collect from me everything I own and then some. I finally hung up on him. He called back and said he wanted to help me. I told him that I would hear no more threats. He then told me that the company I called to repair the work his company had done had lied to me and was trying to take advantage of me. He told me that my compressor was under warranty, and they quoted a non-warranty repair price (in fact it proved to be that The A/C guy was wrong on this point). He told me that the second company was A+ rated only because they paid an annual fee to the BBB. He told me that his technician was an electrical engineer and held patents and could not have done work incompetently. Finally, he told me that a fire was impossible. When he asked for a chance to inpsect the unit, I agreed (despite the earlier threats and berating). \r

He came out and discovered the compressor was not in warranty as he had earlier claimed. He found and took the part that blew up, but continued in his claims that there could have been no fire (I saw the part fly out and I saw ashes in my unit when the second company's tech opened the condenser unit--and the second ac company took pictures of it all). Nonetheless, I am not a fire expert so I researched this issue on the Internet. There is in fact evidence that fires do start in condenser units and when I called one of our local fire depts they said that while it was rare, it did happen. However, I cannot say that the statement by the second company that I was lucky that I did not have a fire is true or false--I don't know (I only know what I was told). I also don't know if the part was installed wrong. All I know is that is what I was told by the second company's tech. I don't know if the other activities that The A/C Guy's technician performed were faulty--again that is what I was told. I also know that a part blew up and that the unit stopped working after the AC Guy had done work on it.\r

I also know that the representative of The A/C guy who came to my house to inspect the unit told me that the price differential was the result of the technician quoting me the price of an 'after market' part and then being told by 'the office' to install an original. I am surprised that they would even consider using knock off parts. From what I have read they cause serious issues. Moreover, he had no excuse for the failure to give me a revised estimate and simply demanding that I pay the increased amount.\r

He has called me again, calling me 'crazy', a 'liar', a 'fraud' and a 'cheat'. This is no company to do business with!!!\r
