We purchased Blinds for our new house from Alan (the salesman) at Interiors Plus. Our previous home had Blinds from Interiors Plus. We had purchased blinds on our existing home and wanted the same ones in our new home so we asked Alan to look up our old sales order and sell us the same type and size of Blinds (2 ? inch width) in our new home that we had purchased in our old home. Alan met us at the house, measured everything, filled out the order form, and had us sign. He never called attention to the fact that he had down graded our blinds to 2 Inch size from the requested 2 ? inch. We admit we did not notice this on the sales order, it was written in his hand writing and not very clear. However, we assumed Alan would follow our instructions and look up our old sales order and duplicate the product but he didn?t. After the blinds were installed we noticed they looked different, when we measured we noticed they were the smaller, less attractive, type of blinds. We called and asked Interiors plus what they could do. It was elevated to Charlie. In just two minutes of talking with Charlie, he was able to look up our previous order on our old home and verify we had 2 ? inch blinds. Yet, he defended Alan for selling us the 2 inch because Alan claimed that we were ?only interested in price? ? this is simply not true. We asked him to keep the price low- doesn?t everybody? But this wasn?t our only criteria. Finally, Charlie promised to look in to it and ?call the manufacturer and see what can be done?. Why call the manufacturer? This is an Interiors Plus mistake, the manufacturer has nothing to do with it. Anyway, we have made repeated attempts to call Charlie and he won't return calls.
