STAY AWAY! I scheduled my appt for 8 am so that it would not affect my work schedule. The assistant took me back to the chair, removed my temp crown, went out of the room for 10 minutes, and returned to tell me ""oops, we made a mistake - this is the dentist's late day. You can either have the temp crown re-cemented and come back another day or wait an hour or so and he'll be in."" I had a meeting @ 10, so I elected to come back at noon and have the permanent crown put on. The office staff is incompetent, and could not do anything without the regional directors permission; when I asked to speak with the regional director the girl replied ""he doesn't like to talk to patients."" They offered me a box of white strips for my inconvenience; I wanted a 50% discount (unfortunately I had paid in full during my temp crown appt). I settled for a Braun toothbrush and told them they just lost my business plus my three family members. BTW, when I was finally ""permitted"" to speak to the RD (Tim or Tom), he said ""I don't know what the big deal was, you could have come back another day. I wait all of the time at my doctor's office."" I wouldn't go back even if they offered free dental care!
