We have a service agreement with T M Madden Service Inc, They do the greatest job on their maintenance. Their Tech`s pull everything apart and clean it. Also, they make sure my permanent filter is always clean. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the work.

I was having problems with my outside a/c unit and another company gave me an estimate to replace it that was thru the roof!! And it's not really all that old. My brother suggested I call Madden Service and get a second opinion. They came and checked out my unit and were able to fix the problem for a very reasonable price and saved me thousands. Now that's what I call Service! I will not hesitate to recommend Madden to anyone I hear about who has problems with their air conditioning.

We came down to our vacation home in Tampa only to find we had no air conditioning. The first company I called came out and told me that I needed to replace my whole unit. This was going to be close to a $9000 fix. I am the kind of consumer that always gets a second opinion. I contacted T M Madden Services Inc. Tim came out the same day, assessed the situation, and was able to fix my problem by replacing a couple specific parts and for a fraction of the cost the other company was trying to charge me. I will always use T M Madden for ALL my AC Repair needs. It's so nice to find an honest Air Conditioning Contractor. Thank you everyone at T M Madden!!! I will only use you in the future!!!!!

We have a large family room with a vaulted ceiling and when the temperature drops that room has always been cold. We have called several a/c companies over the years but the problem remained. Then a friend of mine in work suggested we call Madden Service which we did. I can truly say that since then we have finally been able to enjoy our family room in comfort on a cold night.
