Me and my Family have rented from Nancy Stone for the last7 years. Decided to rent long term while I have put my Children through Private School, Then Retire in a Condo. Anyhow, When we first moved in the home the AC went out the 2nd day. It took her a day to get The Home Owner's approval and the entire system was replaced within 48 hours. A Raccoon tore a hole in our roof above the master bedroom to nest. 2 days later new roof. Dishwasher went out 1 week later, new dish washer. Most Renters do not understand that the realty company works for the home owner. Fortunately this home owner is awesome. Hence I have put a new gutter, planter, and have the carpets professionally cleaned every 6 months.and redid the back bathroom all at my own expense. The Realtor can be held upbased on The Home Owner and getting aapproval to make things and repairs happen. I am still in the same home and my experience has been a very pleasant one. In fact so pleasant in 7 years. We have only spoken to her on those occasions. Most renters do not take care of the homes.if I live in someone's home I take care of it as it were my own. I would highly recommend Nancy. Keep in mind though on rental properties her hands are tied depending on the Home owner.

My wife, son, and I rented from Nance Stone Realty for six and a half years up until a couple months ago. Three years ago we reported a leak from the bathroom upstairs. It took over a week for someone to come out.
A month later we noticed mold growing on the ceiling above the stove. We reported it over and over with no response. My wife was diagnosed with cancer shortly after that and every time we called and asked for help with the mold we were always told, "I'll send someone out to fix it". Well we were in no financial position to move until this year so we were stuck. What pushed us out the door was two months before we moved out we noticed the mold growing, rats, and the fridge sealants went out. No help what so ever. Finally we moved, and when one renting company asked for a reference we got a great one. We decided to go with another renting company and just a week later we got a horrible reference!?!? Now we've been out for about two and a half months and I've called three times about the deposit check and/or an itemized list of why we wouldn't get one back. Do yourself a favor, don't ever let your friends, family, or self ever rent from Nancy Stone Realty.

I have been a tenant for Nancy Stone for 3 years. It takes MONTHS to get any repairs done on the house. I call, visit the office, and include letters with my rent, but nothing gets fixed. There are things that are broken in this house and have been for 2 years. Completely unacceptable. Wonder if her owners know the condition of her houses?

As a potential tenant, my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. When I initially found the property for rent, I was driving through a residential area that interested me, and saw the agent's sign posted in the front yard. Through my own investigation, I learned that Ms. Stone had managed the property for several years, and that previous tenants had apparently experienced delays in getting a response from her when there were maintenance issues with the house. I have since experienced evidence of such disregard firsthand. Since initially viewing the house in late July, I contacted her via email with inquiries about the terms of moving in. No response. I forwarded the same email again five days later. In spite of speaking to her at least twice on the phone, and visiting her office to pick up an application (she was not there at the time), I never received a response to my email inquiries. I finally requested an application be sent to me. I did receive it within a few days, and returned it a short time later along with the application fee. Nearly two weeks have passed with no word from Ms. Stone, so this morning, I drove by the house again only to discover that her sign had been removed and boxes stacked against the garage. When I called her to inquire about the status of the property, she told me the "owner rented the house to a friend." When I asked her about my application fee, she said she would return it if she had it. In my experience, there was neither interest nor urgency on the part of Ms. Stone in renting this property, nor concern for the image she was creating of herself and her business. She was unresponsive and seemed less than forthcoming. It is likely a blessing that I never entered into a contract with her, as I suspect it would have involved one headache after another. Good luck to anyone who does.

Nancy has handled a rental property for me for years. Has done a great job saving me money on maintenance. She "interviews" a prospective renters animals before allowing them in my house. Fairly small office with good personal service.
