Ball Jill - Clearwater Medical Clinic

I recently became a new patient of this clinic. After going to the first few appointments I have realized that the employees of this facility should be considered world-class. They care about you as an individual and try to provide you with the best treatment possible. Some patients feel that everything should be dropped when they call with a need, but even though my situation was never emergent they tried their best to respond to my needs as quick as they could. Being new to the area and coming to this clinic, really made it an easy transition for me. Their doctor and nurse practicioners are all very friendly. I really appreciate all that they have done for me. I have had to wait at times, as any other patient would because the front desk and other employees are always dealing with current patients or taking pharmcy requests or even phone calls. I have always been treated with excellent care!

Overall i thought this place was pretty okay.Until my daughter came in with a persistant cough.Saw the NP,and they gave her cough medicine,and Amox.Have been taking meds as directed,and my child is still getting worse cough wise.not even 10 days later her cough sounds like stuff stuck in her lungs.I did exactly what the girls in front office told me too.Call Pharmacy to get her (medicine refilled request sent over )it will be faster. That was at 845 am this morning.Called back per young ladys request to see if it was approved.I was told "It is sitting on her desk,and she will send it back before she leaves tonight.(Which never got done)Now i have a 11year old girl who cannot sleep only cough out stuff almost hourly out of her lungs.I am very discouraged at this time to even bring her in.If they did not want to help her they could always tell the parents to go to Saint Josephs,and by the way i did ask that question.

I just moved here and the doc wont see me, when i called to get appontment she said no prior claims are allowed.xxx xxxx a what am i to do.
so they had no recomendations and here i sit in pain.
