"Abysmal" doesn't even begin to describe Walker's customer service. We spent over $5,000 at their store. First, two of the pieces arrived damaged, and two other pieces were improperly assembled. Then the delivery guys tore up the door and the couch, and essentially blamed it on me. When we went to the store to express our concerns, the woman at the counter was somewhat apologetic and said the manager would call us. After 5 days, we still hadn't heard from anyone. So we called and asked to speak to the manager, and he said "Oh, I thought that was taken care of." No apologies, nothing. They sent two repair guys out a week later who did take care of the damage, and when I told them about our experiences dealing with their staff, he wasn't surprised at all and basically said the management does not care and would never apologize.

The bottom line is, they don't value their customers' business one bit, and I found most of their staff, including management, to be very snotty, rude and dismissive. I've dealt with a lot of businesses in my life, and none have been as horrible as Walker's.
