.

I walked in on Tuesday evening July 17th at 6:30pm and asked the barista(short dark hair-can't remember her name) if she could make a coffee flavored thick blended type of drink(some places call em frappes or blended shakes) and we chatted about what that would be like! She was very nice and said no problem! When she was done, I watched her poor it into the cup and it was straight liquid. She didn't even say anything, so I asked if she could thicken it up like a shake(I shouldn't have had to ask) and she immediately became cold n rude. She dumped it back into the blender and added 2 scoops of ice(which totally diluted the drink in the end) and I watched the vita-mix blend the bottom portion(I am very familiar with these) and it didn't blend the top 3/4(got stuck, just needed a little shake)and she didn't check to see if it had or not. She just poored it into the cup, I watched her so I know she saw it, half of it was thick and half of it was HUGE chucks of ice cubes with straight liquid. REALLY? Saddest drink I have ever gotten. Pathetic drink and service :( I have experience being a barista for quite some time and I own a vita-mix...no excuse for that or her passive annoyed rudeness...
