I recently misplaced a my touch2 3g phone, and wandered into Uni tech Electronics at Telegraph Ave near Parker st, not really expecting a solution, but since it's very close to my home, thought I'd give it a try. I was really surprised with the wonderful service I got from Adam, unlike others I have encountered in similar stores. Adam has an in depth knowledge of T-mobile, and went out of his way to help me. When my replacement phone came in, he took the time to walk me through some of the applications I really didn't understand well before. He is very patient with people (like me) who are not whiz kids with fancy technology. He and the young Belize guy who works there are both really great!!. Only down side, I guess he doesn't opens store on time

??WOW those guys know what they are doing! They stand behind their work and do it right and fast. Answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease. I was able to walk in, flash my phone and get out in less then an hour. Got all sorts of accessories and phones, no plying around and prices are reasonable too! I live in Antioch and drove just to see those guys because I got referred by 3 friends that been at this store multiple times, and if I ever will need any thing or have a question I will call them first! THANK YOU GUYS. I recommend them, and stand behind their service 100%

I went in with my usual quest for the perfect cell phone headset.

The owner of the shop had a large selection of headsets to choose from--not just the Bluetooth ones, which I am not into, but also the wired kind. After offering several possibilities, including his opinions, I chose a Jabra headset. I left the shop and rode down the street. After a little bit, I decided that this headset was not for me.

When I brought it back in several hours later, he told me it was fine if I wanted to try it out overnight, to see if I would get used to it, and offered several different options as to how to use it, that might help me like it more. But he was not trying to "get" me to keep it, I think he really just wanted me to be happy with my purchase.

When I explained why I wanted one with the little foam thingy, he listed patiently to my obsessiveness. When I finally decided I wanted to get a different headset, he was happy to trade the one I had bought in, and just gave me cash to make up the difference.

All I can say is, I was very happy with his service, because in this type of electronics business, it is so hard to find people who really want to give you good service, or seem to really care about your being happy with your purchase, and I really felt that he did.

He has a very large selection of equipment, and carries all of the major cell phone carriers. He told me that if I brought my cell phone bill in, he could look at it and tell me if he could give me a better deal on a different plan. I thought this was a good idea, because the major carriers all have a vested interest in your taking their plan, and a man like this would give an objective voice.
