Bert Wolfe Ford-Porsche-Audi

I recently purchased a used 2009 Mustang from the dealership with only 5800k miles on it. I was told that their used cars received extensive quality checks.

1.Initially I was told that the car was a one owner person who had to trade it in because his wife wanted a bigger car. I was then provided the car fax at the signing showing that this was a fleet vehicle.
2.After receiving the car I decided to go get an oil change and decided that I??d go ahead and replace the wipers. As I was removing the wiper blade, I noticed that the rubber had already separated from the blade.
3.I kept hearing a squeak on the right passenger side so I took it in for service. Apparently the rear axle was bent but the service department agreed to cover the cost at no charge.
4.I was told that they called around to get a price for my car and could only get a few buyers for my vehicle, then later was told by my salesman that if I knew anyone that would like to buy my car to send them there.
5.The finance officer was trying to throw a credit protection service into the deal for $250.00
6.I didn??t see any flood damage according to the car fax but noticed in the engine compartment the bolts that secure the shocks is rusted pretty bad as well as the
brake assembly.

I purchased my 2006 Mustang, new from Bert Wolfe and had a total different kind of experience then this last purchase. The service department is the best in the valley though, always professional and customer friendly.

Walked in an hour before close, told them the price I was looking for and the type of car. Within the hour, they had me ready to go. I went back the next day to detail the car and finish the deal. I love my new car. Wonderful experience!!!

I bought my Audi from this dealership 4.5 years ago and have been very happy with the Service Department. I have had a couple of things go bad on my car that needed immediate attention. - there has never been a problem getting the work performed in a timely manner. My warranty has run out but I will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership due to the quality of the work. At this time, the costs for any repairs has been very reasonable and I really love the way they tell you exactly when you will get your vehicle back (they have never been wrong on this). They also take good care to keep the inside of your vehicle clean from the workers.
I think anyone would be be happy with the service the offer.
