Between the staff and Dr. Graziani himself i can not fill them with enough positve compliments. I am an active duty soldier myself and have been treated by Dr. Graziani on multiple occasions over the last 4 years. Pam and Nancy are also top notch and have gone above and beyond to assure that my family and I have recieved the best care possible.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality treatment or diagnostic services.

Dr. Graziani has been my dentist for most of my adult life and I've found none better! And in my opinion his staff is A-1 also. Every time I've had an emergency they have done their utmost best to get me in as quickly as possible. Dr. Graziani knows his patients well and for me that means a lot. He's compassionate and takes his time to answer any questions I might have. He's gentle and makes me feel at ease. He never takes it upon himself to do more dental work than what he previously discusses with me. Once when I needed a molar removed I went to him. He explained to me that I needed an oral surgeon and I became a little upset because I'm so very nervous about dental work. He explained to me that if I trusted him, then I needed to trust his judgment and the surgeon he recommended. That made perfect sense to me. I followed through with his advice and it was a breeze! I'm not only glad that Dr. Graziani is my dentist, but I'm grateful to have such a caring dentist. Even when I moved out of state for several years, when I came back to WV he took me right back in as a patient. I highly recommend him for his compassion, sensitivity, and professional care he gives.

I am an active duty Military man, and I called for an emergency because my crown fell off. I was told by "PAM" that she could not get me in because she was busy with billing. She then suggested I find another provider, and she hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also Military Tri Care Insurance. This place has no interpersonal skills. Please do your self a favor, and look for a better user friendly Dentists.SGT Riley

I have two upper molars that need to be surgically extracted. They were quite painful and infected. Went to Graziani and he took x-rays, wrote me a couple scripts(one for antibiotic, one for pain) and referred me to oral surgeon. A week later the infection had caused my whole face to swell and pain was worsening so I called back to his office. That's when I first spoke with "Nancy". Not a very nice woman if I must say so. I explained to her that my consultation with the oral surgeon wasn't for another 3 weeks and my condition was worsening. She looked at my chart and noticed he had given me Lortab for pain and then said, "I don't think he will be able to give you anymore of this, but I can ask him and get back with you if you want, but I really doubt he'll write you anymore pain medication since you're basically out of our hands. A half an hour later she calls back and says "Lisa, Dr. Graziani said for you to take Motrin". So I said, "If motrin helped I wouldn't have called you. So now what am I supposed to do for the next two and a half weeks about the pain and swelling? I have to work, and I'm not getting any sleep at night." And this lady says, "Well, if it gets too bad you should just walk into the oral surgeon's office and demand to be seen. (Yeah, right.) Why don't they just be honest and say "Well then, I guess you're just screwed." The next night the pain got so bad that my husband took me to the emergency room and Thank God I got a sympathetic doc. (Mon General) He gave me enough meds to last until my appointment and also gave me a stronger antibiotic to try to get rid of the infection that had the whole right side of my face swollen. A few nights after that the swelling wasn't going down, so I got this idea in my head that I was gonna have to drain it myself. So, I got an insulin syringe from a friend and poked a hole in the huge sack of puss that was on the upper right side of my jaw above the two bad molars. Actually, I poked a few holes, but nothing came out - until the next morning. I woke up with greenish puss that tasted disgusting draining from the infection. When I pressed on it more came out, so after a few hours my face had returned to normal and the pain had eased up and I was back to life without misery. Can you believe I had to do this myself? No-one would help me. Graziani blew me off, the oral surgeon wouldn't see me any sooner, so I did it myself.

Okay, fast forward a week or two: Called Dr. Bryant's office (the oral surgeon Graziani referred me to)and found out that he charges nearly 3 times more than other oral surgeons in the area. He wanted $85 for the initial consultation, where others in the area only charged $25-$40 for the same thing,so since I am a cash patient I had to look for another surgeon. When I found one in Clarksburg that was more reasonable I called back to Dr. Brant's office and told them I was going to pick up my x-rays to take to another oral surgeon. The girl I spoke to said it should be no problem, to just stop in and get them. When I got to Dr. Bryant's office to pick up my x-rays they couldn't find them. They said Graziani's office never sent them, so I went to Graziani's office, and they said they DID send them, and called Dr. Bryant's office only to be told the same thing that I was told, that they never received my x-rays. So now guess what? I am stuck having to pay for x-rays THEY lost. I can't get an appointment with another oral surgeon until I do have the x-rays, so once again I guess I'm just screwed. Thanks for the help guys!

Just my little horror story.
Buyer Beware!

PROS: reasonable fees
CONS: nancy

Dr. Graziani's dental office is the best dental place in the Fairmont/Morgantown/Clarksburg area. Their staff is always very friendly, very helpful, and very patient. The dentist is very experienced. Their prices are great and they always deal directly with your insurer so you will not have to.
