CROOKS! That pretty much sums it up. Bought a used car from them, drove it off the lot go up one exit and it overheats. Take it back (found a patch on the reseivore) they keep it for 10 days. Few days later problems with the brakes; they wanted to charge for new brakes and roters; until I pointed out to them how could they pass it for inspection and put it out on their lot for sale it was unsafe. So they did the brake and roter job at their expense. Then 2 days later found out that I had an oil leak and they kept on telling us that they would also fix it and kept on hemhauling around till a week before the warranty expires and finally decided to act like they are working on it (6 hrs later of sitting in the lounge) they said that they did not have the correct tools to fix it (needed special tools; they said) and that they would set up an appointment with the dealership that is qualified to work on it (which is an hour away and this is my only transportation). Well they kept on hemhauling around on that till the warranty expired and then they told me that there was nothing that they could do now. It was my responsibility now since the warranty ran out. So stay away from these crooks and if you should decide to still buy one from them take the car/truck to another mechanic and let them go through it with a fine tooth comb. If you just bought one from them....do the same a.s.a.p. before the warranty runs out! Forgot to mention also, we even asked them do they throughly go through them before going on the lot. They told me yes and my car was even put on the diagnostic machine (told by the salesman). Come to find out later by the service dept. manager that my car couldn't be put on their diagnostic machine; that it wasn't compatiable or something. So in other words it was another lie from the salesman (WES is his name; WES the WEASLE is what I call him now). The only good thing is that I can say is that the service mang. (I wish I could remember his name) was very nice. It also pissed him off how Wes was treating us. Even went to the main man of Superior Ford and he didn't give a DAMN! All he cared about was the money in his pockets.........
