The Hamilton Unit of the Young Marines is seeking recruits. The Young Marines are a national youth organization funded by the United States Marine Corps and operated by the Marine Corps League. Learn physical fitness, outdoor skills, military history and traditions, patriotism, leadership and self-disipline, make new friends, go on encampments and interesting trips, all in a challenging yet nurturing environment. Meetings are held every other Saturday at the Marine Corps' 4th Combat Engineer Battalion facility located at 7000 Hamlet Avenue (side gate), Hamilton, MD 21234. The facility is convenient to Perring Parkway and 695. Interested kids and parents should come to the unit on May 24, 2008 at 10:00 AM.
