Walton on the Chattahoochee

i love living here. The staff know me by name, and I'm a 45 sec walk to the river. There are bbqs outside and tons of paths to walk along--as well as foot access to 2 main trail areas. I couldn't be happier.

I just moved into Walton on the Chattahoochee in January. My wife and I got a two-bedroom at a very reasonable price! We love that our home is right next to the Chattahoochee River, and we get resident-only amenities - two swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, even a coffee shop! There is no other place like this inside the perimeter.
