We just recently moved into lions head about 3 months ago. We are currently in a 1 year lease but once it is over we are getting out! Where to start.... Well when we first moved in the apartment was still not ready they still had to do our fireplace so we had to call in to have that done. What was supposed to be a ""2 day"" project turned into a 2 week project. Awesome. Then our second months rent check was misplaced. So when we went into pay for our third month we had a $60 late fee for them losing the check, which they admitted to. I took them 2 months and 3 phone calls for them to finally get it removed. Then our most recent incident was that they had not been charging us for cable which we were unaware of and they decided to tack on a 120 dollar charge in the month of October randomly for the past months cable, which had to be paid in 5 days or our cable was being shut off. After talking back and forth with them for 2 weeks they negotiated that we could pay half. We are still working on getting this removed completely. Side note all of the staff are idiots. They never know whats going on even though I have been in the office 2 times a week. They always say I am sorry ""we will get back to you when we have answers"" aka we are never going to call you back. I have been an apartment renter for 3 years and NEVER had a problem, late fee, or unpaid bills.
