I recently traded my '05 Pilot for a 2011 model. We have had several Honda's over the years and I always service my vehicle at Superior Honda. I have never had anything but the greatest service. Cody Gilmore was my sales rep and did an excellent job of getting me a fair price for my used vehicle as well as a good deal on my new one. Even though he was working with another customer when I came in, he made sure that I didn't wait more than five minutes before he started working with me. He was friendly, courteous, and made the process run very smoothly.

We have been customers and friends of Superior Honda for the last 25 years (we started out as customers when they were in Iowa) and have always recieved the best service of any place we have been associated with. Paul did a great job of getting our car in for a Oil Change and tire rotation and also pointed out that our filters were due for a change. He was polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Paul has shown the level of service that we have come to expect from Superior Honda and will carry on that tradition. i stopped by monday afternoon to get the oil changed and my climate control was not working properly. Paul Kosovich was my service advisor and he did a great job. I did not have an appointment so I was not sure I could get the climate control system checked out. He personally went back to the shop and checked with the technician and it just so happened that he could work me in. The technician was able to find the problem and got the climate control working again. I have always gotten good service at Superior. They know me and treat me like a friend. I like that.

Called on Wed. night and talked to Dan Baker and he was very prompt with a return call with the information we needed to decided if we should make the 120 mile (one way) trip to look at a car. He was very easy to talk to and never seemed like we were a bother since he knew we would not buy a car over the phone. With the good info he gave us, we decided to make the trip the next evening after we could get off work. It ended up that it was Dan's night off but we worked with Stephen Copeland who was just as good. He was very patient with us since we weren't 100% sure on what we wanted except for color and we kept changing our minds as we were looking. He even helped us with figuring out which would meet our needs better. No pressure though. It was well after hours when we made our final decisions and never once felt like we were being rushed. Not even with the finance people. I think he would have stayed all night if we would have kept asking questions. We will definitely be back and will be telling all our family and friends to go to Superior the next time they are looking for a vehicle. Well worth the 240 mile drive!

Superior Honda is a great dealer with a great parts and sales dept. This is my 3rd car purchased there, I have never purchase multiple cars from the same dealer, until Superior. Greg B. is a great low pressure salesman and knows his cars. I am very happy with my 2 Orange Elements and Pilot that are sitting in my driveway.

If you want someone knowledgeable but also no pressure, please ask for Mary Sutton. If everyone dealt with the public the way she handled my sale, there would be a whole lot more cars being sold.
I leased a Honda Accord. It's a fantastic car and the gas mileage is out of this world. Which is a good thing since gas prices are as well! I will continue to give Superior Honda my business thanks in part to Mary Sutton!

Buying a new car can be a very stressful and irritating experience. That was not the case when I bought a new car last week from Greg Brandl, the sales consultant at Superior Honda. Greg was extremely patient in my adventure of trying to find the perfect car "for me". I looked at several different models, and all of the CRV's they had to choose from for what seemed like hours. Trying to decide on the color, the interior, what package I wanted. Greg listened to what I wanted, did not push me on something I didn't and helped me make the a decision that I would be happy about when I left the car dealership.
Once I had decided on a car, then the next step which can be more painful is actually getting the paperwork done, to drive away in the car. Believe it or not, this was pretty painless. The finance manager at Superior also was extremely helpful and not overly pushy.
I would and already have recommended anyone looking for a car, new or used to visit Superior Honda and ask for Greg Brandl. You will not be disappointed!!

I love Superior Honda, and have been getting vehicles from them for years. My latest is a 2011 CR-V with navigation and I could not be happier with the vehicle, OR my sales experience. My sales person, Greg Brandl, is amazing and I always feel like I am in good, trusting hands with him. And the time he took with my new CR-V to show me all of the new, cool tools was very much appreciated. All of the staff, from the front desk to service, are friendly and a lot of fun to deal with. Brian Jacobs was my sales representative at Superior Honda of Omaha. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I had called the dealership to inquire if they had a specific model and color of a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe, which they did. When I arrived, the car was waiting in front for me, however, it was raining. Brian pulled the car into the garage and showed me the car's features. Brian was not a pushy salesman, he simply shared his knowledge of the vehicle and let me make my own decision, which I really appreciated. I decided to go ahead and lease the car, but since it was raining it was agreed that I would pick it up the next day. When I arrived, the car was once again waiting for me in front, but it had been completely detailed and shining inside and out, with a full tank of gas. Once I finalized the paperwork, Brian had already had my cell phone connected to the car??s hands free capabilities. He then showed me every specific detail regarding the operations of all of the features of the car. I even received a follow-up call from Brian two days after I drove off the lot to let me know I could contact him with any further questions or issues. I've been to other dealerships that you get the feeling they'll talk to you if it doesn't put them out, but not so at Superior. Easy low-pressure salesman was friendly and easy to work with. The only bad thing is the lengthy extra warranty crap. We were able to get the car we were happy with but disappointed there was no selection of the Insight model.

Professional and efficient. Paul Kosovich reviewed the need for the service and promised me I would be on my way in less than an hour. It happened but not until my service visit was reviewed and my questions answered. Pretty darn good for a rainy Friday morning. This was my first visit to Honda Service.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall involving the engine. Brian Bradley, the service rep for Superior Honda was nothing short of spectacular! He was very accomodating to my needs, provided me with a loaner vehicle and completed the work on time as promised.
While I was there, he offered to inspect the vehicle and made me aware of maintenance that was due and coming due in the near future. I was able to complete all the required maintenance in one visit saving me valuable time. Thanks Superior! You guys are the greatest! P.S. My neighbor will be bringing their 3 hondas to you for service now, after I told them how impressed I was with your work.

Michael Gonzales was extremely professional and very helpful while I was trying to decide what car to purchase. I'm very happy with the treatment and he wasn't pushy at all. A few weeks later, found out my back seat was not attached, took it to service and was told it was normal wear and tear, had to call the owner to get it resolved. The Car has had numerous noise issues, and the service shop is horrible to deal with. I thought buying a honda meant I was buying a trouble free car, but far from. Stay away from Superior!

I brought my CRV in because the cable that raises/lowers the window was broken. Carrie Moody worked with me to have the cable replaced. It was done very quickly and she kept me informed as to what I needed and how long it would take. She is very friendly and I would love to have her take car of all of my car repairs. She is the best!

This is extremely important to us because it shows that they are there for you even after the sale. Our service advisor, Carrie Moody, went above and beyond to help isolate the issue and fix our Honda Pilot. I was so pleased with my Honda Pilot purchase, I took the advice of Greg, my sales guy, and had my first oil change and maintenance with Superior Honda. Paul Kosovich, my service advisor and everyone was very welcoming from the start and I was comfortable with all the information on my car, even though I was just getting an oil change. I stopped to do this a while back and was told it was too early - who does that? Yes, my oil was still at 80% even though I had driven 3000 miles so I got to wait until the oil was at 15% to go back. That saves me time and money and that's always good :) It was also time for tires to be rotated (I puchased a pre-owned, pre-certified pilot). The best surprise was the car wash, especially since I live on a gravel road! And I got to check my email on the complimentary computers while enjoying a cup of coffee. Thanks so much. I'll be back!

I had taken my car in for a clear coat & oil change. Brian Bradley in service set up a loaner car for me to use for the day, which was great since due to time constraints I was unable to wait for their shuttle service. Once I picked up my car, it looked brand new - inside & out. Great job Superior Honda!

I have been a Superior Honda customer for the last 6 years and I am very appreciative of the friendliness y professionalism of the dealership. I like the fact that products or services not needed for a vehicle are not pushed upon a person. This was my 3rd purchase/lease with Honda and I worked with, Harry Callahan. He was friendly, honest, upfront, and thankfully he was not that "aggressive sales person" that I do not working with. This is the third time my husband and I have used Superior Honda to purchase a vehicle and again our experience has been delightful. Our sales person, Stephen Copeland was willing to listen to what we were looking for in a good used car, worked with us until we found what we wanted,was gracious to the both of us at all times, got the manager to talk to us about a used car trade in, set up time immediately to have us talk to Anthony about a short term loan!! All in all an easy experience buying a car. This is something we have come to expect at Superior Honda. Thank you again!

I would rate Superior Honda very good for the work performed on my Honda Accord. Carrie Moody was the service representative for the work performed on March 9th. My vehicle needed service for the 60,000 mile marker. Carrie is very pleasant and patient. She fully explained the detail work that was going to be done. She asked what time I needed the car done. She contacted me during the day for some other suggested work. She called to let me know when the work was completed and made sure I had made arrangements for the Superior driver to pick me up. The car was washed and I felt good to have this service completed. Overall I would rate Carrie as an excellent part of the service experience.

We purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from Superior Honda. I am so pleased to say it is paid off and still looks brand new as of March 2011! My husband is a handy man thus he does all of the maintenance work on the Civic himself. He purchases the parts from Dennis Heath at Superior. The parts and service dept. has been nothing but helpful and professional. I am happy to say we have never had to have much service because the Civic has performed so well, but, when we do, I don't dread our visit to Dennis!

I've never been disappointed with Superior's service department in general, and Carrie Moody in particular. I just took my Fit in for an oil change and Carrie found a recall notice. It wasn't completed in one day, so she gave me a loaner car for the night. Carrie is always friendly and always helpful!

I was in for an oil change on Wednesday Feb. 23, 2011. Ross Engel assisted me in the service department. He was very helpful and personally checked with the mechanics on my brakes (no work was required). He then helped me with and appointment for a Safety Recall Notice that I had received. He is a knowledgeable young man, easy to work with, and gives GREAT personal attention. I would be very happy to work with him again!! Ross is an excellent service coordinator!

Recently, I took it in for an oil change and was greeted by Carrie Moody who, I felt was very professional and explained everything in detail. I just bought a used Honda CRV. After stopping at several used car dealers and checking online sites without any luck I called Superior and spoke to Brian Scott. They always explain what is being done and if something is needed they explain that also. They always go over the "bill" so that I know what was done.
