Cup

The' Cup is one of few non-franchised coffee places in Lincoln and manages to surpass the competition when is comes to quality, selection, and service. I am by no means vegan, but have tried some of the vegan options and am impressed. By far the best salads in Lincoln, yet they also offer good pastries. I have been a patron since they first opened and would recommend to anyone. I was recently surprised to find that they also do wedding cake catering. My sister initially was thinking about Hyvee for her cake, and was much happier with the' Cup. The owner is kind, outgoing, and personable which only adds to the atmosphere there. I am thankful and proud to have this establishment in my community.

The name is actually The' Cup ( pronounced Te Cup) and it is a wonderful locally owned and operated lunch spot. They have panini's and salads as well as a nice selection of coffee's and teas. Their deserts are TO DIE FOR! Try the Lemon Italian Cake if you can - YUM. Its just a great spot to meet friends and enjoy. It has a coffee house feel but I saw book clubs, birthday get togethers, working lunches and students all in one visit.

Check out the catering also, Kristin makes the most awesome deserts!
