There is no crowd control at all, I love that. But if you don't wanna get your face busted in the mosh, stand back. If you're ready for a crazy time, this is the place for you.

Pros: great bands, lots of space, laid back workers

Dark, Damp, and no crowd control. Adults have the worst "seats" in the house but pay the most for crappy drinks only to hang behind a visual barrier, and fight for space. I don't know how it is that "In The Venue" is getting all of these left field artist that I love. I can see that even the artists hate to play there.

I sometimes attend punk-esque shows here. Cover charges are usually fair, though I've never been in the drinking section so I can't comment to prices there.

The management seems to have poor judgment, as they often book big names (to the punk community) in the smaller venue, only to have them sell out and have 50-200 angry kids outside.
