When I called Apx Alarm regarding scheduling a repair they were very helpful in scheduling a next day appointment. I was very grateful and appreciative of their courtesy and understanding their customer's needs.

The technician continued with that same philosophy today when he called in the afternoon to let me know he was completing one job and would arrive here shortly. I was impressed with the technician's courtesy in informing me of his ETA. Common courtesy is not often encountered in our society today. I am glad Apx Alarm hires such courteous & thoughtful individuals.

In the past I have dealt with ADT. My experience with Apx has far exceeded my expectations of other alarm companies and I am very pleased with Apx and their attention to customer needs and timely response. I have referred friends to Apx and will continue to do so.

We found this company a pleasure to work with. They were very courteous and did their job well, even cleaned up the work space when they were finished. We now feel much safer in or out of our home knowing that if anything should happen we are protected.

On July 24, 2007, we had an APX Alarm system installed.

I want to congratulation them on the professional staff that sold, installed and performed maintenance on the system.

Their Representative sold the system and was professional and courteous in all respects of the transaction. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. A very impressive young man.

Their technician who installed the system the day it was purchased. He also displayed professionalism to the highest degree.

On August 3, 2007, we lost our telephone service. Their staff came to our rescue. Their rep Alex responded immediately to our call. Our telephone service gave us a window of 2 1/2 days before they would check the service. APX was here the day we called. Alex had telephone service back in our house within 1/2 hour.

The staff from APX Alarm Security Solutions that we have encountered have been nothing less than most favorably impressionable. Thus far we have been most satisfied with the system. When we are asked how we like it, our comment is - the personnel have been wonderful, but, hopefully we will never have the occasion to find out just how great it is. In any event, we highly recommend their company, based strictly on the service from their staff.

Yesterday we purchased a home security alarm system from APX Alarm which is a system that was new to us in this area. We also had the system set up yesterday as well in a timely manner.

Bryan Priebe was the sales representative who introduced us to the APX Alarm system and sold us on the idea of changing to a particular system. He patiently answered our numerous questions, returning for three which gave us the space and time to explore the options available and to compare them with our company that we had since 1994 and other securities and to weigh the benefits of changing to APX. He spoke in a straightforward but courteous manner unlike the usual overbearing behavior of a lot of salespeople. In doing so, he gained our trust in what he was saying about the company.

The two technicians, Sarah Butler and Laura Ramirez both were obviously well trained in their abilities to set the equipment up in our house and expedient in their manner. They answered all of our questions and demonstrated clearly how to use the equipment. They too were friendly but professional.

A BYU student by semester and unethical door-to-door sales by day... plastered with Honeywell logos; Damage to my home and existing alarm? Over THREE GRAND. Don't sign ANYTHING and simply do not open your door. Call the police and have them removed from your neighborhood.
