I have only taken my almost 12 year old Toyota Avalon to Mark Miller, and will not take it anywhere else, not even for an oil change. They are courteous and prompt and very good at explaining what they are going to do and the cost.

I took my truck here to have the starter checked out. They called me and told me that the contacts were worn out and that I would have to have a new starter installed. They did a good job of explaining the work and cost. Very Friendly and Helpful. I will take my truck again here should I have any more problems with it.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! My tire blew just as I was passing Mark Miller Toyota Downtown dealership. I pulled over and started to slowly change my tire. I was not excited about doing it myself, but I was going to have to. One of the mechanic's from your service department came out to help me, he pulled over a jack and changed my tire in less time than it took me to pull the spare out of the trunk. I think his name was John. I am extremely thankful that there was such a nice guy to help this stranded woman in need. Thank you for being there. I??m grateful that the world isn??t completely full of people who look the other direction when someone is in need of help.
Had I not been so flustered I would have turned around and bought my new tire from them,next time I'll keep it in mind. :)

I will not have my truck serviced anywhere else. They always treat us like we are their only customer no matter how busy they are, at least that is the way I feel every time I go.
I like the fact the maintenance person also emails when finished with the work. They always care, really care not lip service like at a lot of dealers. Not just dealers I have gone to but talking to other people and the experience they have had at other dealerships

Mark Miller Toyota is the only place I'll go to service my 2007 Prius because of the excellent work they do. I also like their friendly staff and the coupons I get in the mail. I know my car will be safe to drive for my long distance job because of the thorough job they do.

Recently my wife and I visited Mark Miller Toyota to purchase a new vehicle. Ours had died in a recent rain storm and we were in need of another vehicle. We have purchased a FJ Cruiser from Mark Miller in the past so we had an idea of what to expect from this exceptional dealership.

Long story short, we spent approximately 3 hours at the dealership and left with a Certified Used Toyota RAV4!! The sales team and finance department were extremely helpful as always and I already know that the service department is top notch.

I have recommended Mark Miller Toyota to friends and family across the Wasatch Front. Between me, my wife and our parents we own 5 different Toyota models with 4 of them being purchased from Mark Miller Toyota. I personally drove 60 miles and passed 3 other Toyota dealerships to purchase a vehicle from Mark Miller and I will do so again in the future.

I purchased a 2010 Tundra, and I have to admit it was the best purchasing experience to date. Spencer was great and went through the truck, even synched my cell phone to the blue tooth. They gave me a great price via email, honored the price, gave me a great trade in value for my Rubicon, and the paperwork was smooth and simple. It was worth the drive from Logan. I'll definitely be back.

This dealership is great! I don??t even live in Utah, but I wish I could take my van here all the time because they are honest and they get the job done without making me wait forever.

We originally took our Sienna van in to Mark Miller while in Utah on vacation in 2009 because we had rain water leaking in from an unknown source. Our local dealer had tried to fix it, but couldn't figure it out. Mark Miller quickly found the problem, and charged us less for the repair that we had paid in diagnostic fees back home.

So, when our van started to overheat while driving in the mountains on vacation this summer, we knew exactly who to take it to. They found and fixed the problem fast. We were so impressed we also had them do some regular maintence. We paid about half of what our inlaws paid for similar service on their van at another Utah shop.

My experience with the Mark Miller service department has always been positive. I feel confident that the work performed is of high quality and only what is necessary is recommended and performed. I believe their pricing to be fair and the personnel are always polite and prompt. Not all of my vehicles are Toyotas and I only wish I could bring them to their service department.

With past experiences from Karl Malone Toyota I was headed to purchase a Subaru. Mark Miller is a big reason why I have only owned Toyota??s and still do so in Utah? Fast efficient work and the outcomes are awesome as per always? Must literally be the best workshop/service location I have ever seen in my life. I would be shocked if any service center in Utah let alone the USA could compare to the new building that Mr. Miller has set up? I have already recommended this dealership and a particular salesman (Josh Latta), how easy it is to find an honest salesman that actually cares about the customer and not just making a sale? Good luck on finding a single one anywhere let alone at a Larry Miller dealership, Josh is the pinnacle of what a salesman should be.

This dealership and my service rep, Wendell, are outstanding in every possible way. My vehicle just turned 222,222 miles old today and is in tip top shape. I fully attribute that to the great care Wendell and his team take with it! Thanks!! I have been treated with the highest level of customer service on a vehicle I??ve owned for 10 years, put 200k miles on it and feel as though I could easily put another 200k on it. The sales experience was very different this time. I traded in my Sienna and purchased a Corolla.

My salesperson, Chase Kunz is very professional and friendly, but not pushy at all. He took the time to show me as many cars as I wanted, and was very patient in my indecisiveness. He did not harass me with phone calls, or try to push any vehicle on me.

Also, he got me through the sales process in less than 2 hours. He has made sure that everything was ready for me when I got there, and that I did not have to wait long for anyone.

I recently purchased a gorgeous 2009 black Tacoma TRD Sport from your dealership and I am extremely happy with my choice! From the beginning dealing with Spencer and Daniel in internet sales to the delivery of my truck was hands down the best expercience I have had in buying a car, this would be my second Tacoma. I drove from Las Vegas to pick it up and the description on the website was 100% accurate. The whole deal took 30 minutes when I arrived and I was off back home to Vegas with all the correct paperwork and a mint truck. This truck is awesome, condition is amazing, staff was honest and very polite including your finance manager. It??s dealerships like yours that set the benchmark higher for the rest, but in this business theres not much room for poor customer service from the get go and you definitely have made the perfect buying experience your number one priority at Mark Miller Toyota. I work for a billion dollar company that was and still is created from amazing customer service, so I know when I was in good hands at Mark Miller. Just paying it forward to a job well done.

I went to Mark Miller; Negotiated a price for a new Toyota they had to order. Paid a big deposit, and waited a month for it to come in. They called me when it arrived, and I went in to pick it up with a check for the balance due. When I arrived, and handed them the check they said that they wouldn't sell it at the price on the contract they had signed!! Gave me a boatload of grief, (and wouldnt return my cashed deposit) and I started walking out, thinking this is an easy lawsuit, and I'll buy it elsewhere. They chased me down, and I consummated the deal, but their tactics are shady and greedy. I shouldnt have had to go through that crap. I
would never darken their doorstep again,

Gave me a boatload of grief, (and wouldnt return my cashed deposit) and I started walking out, thinking this is an easy lawsuit, and I'll buy it elsewhere. They chased me down, and I consummated the deal, but their tactics are shady and greedy. I shouldnt have had to go through that crap. I
would never darken their doorstep again,
