I hate this school because It is such a joke. The teachers don't even teach you. This place makes promises they cannot keep. I never should have started here. The teachers are a joke and so are the facilities. You would think they would

I have been attending the Murray campuses and I love it! Everyone has been so helpful in getting any questions I had answered. I feel the classes and teachers are very informative and helpful. They offer a lap top when you get started you don't have to pay for your books you can get certified in many different areas. I was also able to change from evening to afternoon classes when I found a job with no problem. I love this school and I am glad that out of all the ones I toured I chose this one!

I too have never written a review and feel so strongly about this that I have finally decided that I will also write a review.
I approached this school with high hopes. By the time I went to this school my background had been one of struggle. I came from an abusive home and had been out fending for myself since i was 16 on a tight income working low-totem-pole jobs. I had been working two and three jobs every day trying to scrape by to pay bills. I could barely feed myself most of the time. I desperately wanted to make something of myself. When I walked into the school i was embraced by a counselor who made all kinds of promises about how great my career would be as a medical assistant and how much money I would earn and how quickly I could do it at their school and how great my education would be etc etc. When I asked how much it would cost I was told not to worry about it, there were loans to take care of that. Oh yes. i was completely naive. They completely took advantage of that naivete, and before I knew it I had a pen in my hand, a pile of papers in front of me and was breezily conned into signing my life away into debt - their debt. the "education" was an absolutely mockery to the word "education. i completely agree with the other reviewer who said that the teachers didn't have a clue.
I learned nothing while I was there other than how to take some vitals. Yippy. I had really really looked forward to getting a quality education. I was hungry to learn. I love learning. Even now I love to learn and am always seeking out new knowledge. That "school" is a sham. Sleazy.
If you're considering this school for for any of the medical programs / medical assisting, please check www.caahep . org first. This particular branch doesn't seem to be accredited. If you plan on being certified through allied health this may be an issue. Wouldn't you think that after paying thousands of dollars and spending that much time getting an "education" one ought to be eligible to be completely and legitimately certified? Umm yah. Things aren't on the up and up.

With a busy work schedule, I always thought it was difficult to continue studies. However, after opting for an online degree from Stevens-Henager College, studying while working started looking easier. The 24/7 accessibility of the course material, online interaction with students and faculty members made learning easier and uncomplicated. I never thought earning a degree while working would be so simple. But thanks to Stevens-Henager, now I can improve on my educational qualification with no halt on my work experience ?? a win-win situation.

I have been enrolled for an online associate degree with Stevens-Henager College for more than a year now. Until now, my experience with the college has been great. The students and the faculty members are very helpful and assisting. The course material for both online and on-campus programs is available online 24/7. Accredited fast and accelerated degrees are offered by the college. This is one of the great colleges I have ever been to that offer flexible and fast degrees.

This is my first review of something, but I feel so strongly about this that I had to write.
I have not been in school for 20 years and thought that to better my family I would go back to school.
I attended the campus in Ogden, and although it was easy to get into this college that was about the only promise that this school kept.
I was told that it would take 15 months to get my degree, well after 4 months of taking classes they told us that now they would have to extend our classes and we would not be getting our degree for 23 months. (This was with me being a full time student).
We are also told that we will be helped with findind jobs and job placements. Well I went and talked to the job counsler 5 times and never got any help. Everytime I was told to go to the kisok in the front office and fill out the work on there.
Due to the way that the economy was going, I had to start working days and tried to trade my classes to nights and they told me that I could not do that.... That I sighed up for full time student and that is what I had to stay.
I never missed class and got A's in every class that I took, but was never helped with anything outside of the class. If you need to talk to the teachers, everything has to be done by e-mail.... Whatever happened to in person???? One on One??? This is my future and even though they say they care.....They do not!
They are only there for money and extend your classes so thy can get even more.....
Oh wait I did get a plastic piggy bank , a t- shirt and a key chain for 10,000 dollars. Gee thanks Stevens Henagers!!!!
Tell everyone not to go there. You will regret it!

i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU GOING TO SCHOOL HERE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THINGS JUST TO GET YOU INTO THE SCHOOL BUT ONCE THERE THEY WILL TURN AROUND AND SAY THEY NEVER TOLD YOU THAT. IF YOU WANT A GOOD EDUCATION THIS IS NOT THE SCHOOL TO GO TO. MOST OF THE TIME THEY HIRE TEACHERS THAT HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO TEACH THE SUBJECT THAT THEY WERE GIVEN TO TEACH. THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND NOT THERE FOR THE STUDENTS. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN TAKE CLASSES AT NIGHT SO THAT YOU CAN STILL WORK DURING THE DAY AND MAKE A LIVING BUT THIS IS NOT SO YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GRADUATE FROM THIS SCHOOL UNLESS YOU TAKE TIME OFF FROM YOUR JOB AND ATTEND SOME CLASSES DURING THE DAY, THE SCHOOL DO NOT CARE IF YOU LOSE YOUR JOB OR HAVE MONEY TO SUPPORT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS SCHOOL TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO AVOID IT TO
