Chapman Dodge

After reading about the bad service I contacted Chapman about service wanting to give them a chance to prove the reviewer wrong. I was the one in error after talking to the service receptionist on the phone I won't be going to Chapman she was rude and short and didn't care about helping me solve my problem.

This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of buying cars. I had the best warranty you can buy and still they shafted me. What even hurts more is that the management does not even care if they are ripping you off or not. Don't be a victim and don't buy there. They will hurt themselves with this kind of dealings.
