I came out after work to a dead battery at 6pm. I called three other mobile services before finding A Abel - two had closed at 5PM, the third demanded cash to come. Thank God I found A Abel. They lived up to their excellent reviews: arriving before the quoted time and had me up and running in about 20 minutes. The price for a new battery and onsite service was reasonable (my battery had actually started to come apart - I saw it myself) and they accepted my card for payment. He was very professional, cordial and explained what he was doing and why. I highly recommend this company and will be keeping their card on hand.

I am new in Las Vegas and I called them when my truck wouldn't start. They came to my apartment the same day and checked out my battery and alternator in the 100 + degree heat. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He could have said that my vehicle needed all kinds of work, but he didn't. I wanted to tell you about my recent experience at A Abel Mobile Auto Repair. I was having trouble with my Ford Explorer and someone driving with me thought it might be my transmission. I went the A Abel Mobile Auto Repair shop in Las vegas where I left my car there for the whole day. The manager, called me later that day to tell me they went through my whole transmission, test drove it two times, and could find nothing wrong with it. They then performed another test on my tires and told me that is where the problem was. Something in my transfer case was kicking on and off because of that tire problem. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them. It would have been easy for them to adjust my tires and told me that it was a transmission problem. But they chose to take the high road and do the right thing. When I do have a transmission problem, or anyone I know has one, Guess where I will go, A Abel Mobile Auto Repair. I thought you would like to know.

I have never experienced such a thorough, understandable, patient explanation of a mechanical problem. MJ suggested we check with the dealer to see if the water pump and timing belt would be covered free under warranty due to such low mileage, which we will do.
