Trying to find it was hard. There is a single, small sign located on the front door. The front door was open and the window tinted so that you can't see the sign or read the info on the door. Once I finally found the place, I waited in the front for over five minutes for somone to show up and help me. I had an appointment. I had to yell hello several times before someone appeared. The person had no idea I had an appointment and quoted me a different price from what I received on the telephone.The place appeared to be short staffed, unfriendly, and highly unprofessional. I hesitated to leave my car there, but decided to give them a chance since they came recommended, and I was new to the area. I asked when my car might be finished. I was told about 2 p.m. but that they would call me.I was sent off without any paperwork or further information. At 1:58 pm, I got the call. My car was ready. I was also told AT THAT TIME that they closed at 2. Thanks for the notice! Had I known that in the first place, I would have been there by 2. So, I explain that I would not be able to get a ride to the shop until around 3ish. I also asked why I was not told that when I asked about my car being finished. The man agreed that it was there fault and said they would wait for me. I called seven cab compaines and couldn't get picked up for any time sooner than 1 hour. I kept trying to get a ride and finally reached my friend. I immediately called the shop and explained that I called several cab companies and couldn't get a ride but that my friend was on his way and that I was about 20 minutes from them.The man said he would wait. I hurried and got to the shop 27 min. later. The shop was closed and no one was around. I kept calling to find out what happened. No answer, machine, no one.I was told over and over that they would wait. I relied on them telling me they would wait; they didn't. This was Saturday and the're closed on Sundays.

Pros: Unprofessional, short-staffed, rude, unreliable.
