First of all I want to tell what a wonderful discovery my daughter and myself when we first went to your store. It was very clean and well organized. We wore ourselves out discussing your products, prices and the great display of your fresh vegetables, deli products...etc. We had to leave after shopping 4 of your isles. The cashier was busy but still was able to produce a smile and to ask how we were and if we found everything that we needed. I promised myself and my daughter that we would come back and finish our shopping as we did on 02/10/11. We spent about $250. on our first expedition. My daughter has 5 teenagers and extended family at her home most of the time. I wanted to stock up her pantry.
On 02/10/11, we had an unfortunate different experience. We were shopping late and again were comparing products so that we would know that you carried the products that we use. Evidently, a cashier named Krystal announced that the store was closing. We did not hear her as her annoucement was either low in tone or we were talking. When we came out of the next to the last row and were entering another row she advised my daughter sarcastic tone of voice that the store was closing. We rushed down the isle and came back out on the back isle without hesitation. This girls face was actually contorted with her anger....this was very obvious. I tried to alliviate her annoyance by explaining that we actually didn't hear her announcement and that we were not trying to be rude. I said as much to her with an concillatory tone of voice because I was speaking the truth. My daughter is 46 and I am 70. We both have worked with the public and can symphasize with the type of situations that happen with such a job. Krystal did not reply to our gesture and with jerky angry movements continued to scan. When asked if she was still angry her short reply was NO and kept on scanning. My daughter decided to wait outside so that she would not say something to this rude employee of yours. As you have automatic doors, my daughter stood in front of the exit and when the doors did not open, she thought that she would have to wait for an employee to open them. She asked Krystal about it and was told with impatience and anger to PUSH the door. We had a decent amount of groceries prox. $127.00. I had four or five items for myself. I asked her to put all of it on one bill but would she pls. tie a knot in my two bags so I would know which was mine. Again there was a grimance. We left the store and my daughter asked if your cashier ever lightened up and my granddaughter said no. My daughter opened your door raised her voice to be heard, to explain to Krystal about her own impatience with so many kids at home. Krystal flew out from behind her register yelling at my daughter jabbing her finger at her face so my daughter lost her temper and yelled back at her to get out her face. Your girl had to be removed from the door my another employee. This has totally ruined my shopping experience at your store. I was going to spread the good news about yr storeto the rest of my family in Vegas and in California. Krystal has made it so I will not be back which is a big disappointment to me. On my receipt states my checkout time started at 10:01PM and finished at 10:04pm. The store #350, Trans #478. I have never written a letter like this before. I have met other rude clerks during my years but nothing like this girl. I don't wish this person ill except I cannot symphasize with her. If she is transferred or dismissed I would like to know because I truly like your store. And would like to shop there but not unless she is gone. This person needs anger management in a serious way. Maybe your company can help her financially, to seek a professional that deals with this type of thing. I would like to be able to put 5 stars with my review.
