I went to a few stores in town before I came to this one. A lot of them are unfriendly and they buy their birds from breeders instead of breeding the birds themselves. Juan raises his own babies in shop and knows about them. If you don't know what bird is right for you, count on Juan's expertise. If you can't find what you are looking for, its probably at this shop.

I love this store! So many birds and the owner is so nice. He would help out with anything. Great variety of birds and highly knowledgable about them. Sometimes extra money goes into the expertise that comes with the purchase of a pet bird like this. You don't want someone to sell you a bird that is wrong for your family or nobody will be happy. Including the bird!

My wife and I were in your store about 5 and bought a 4 pound bag of cocktail food (9.99) and one pound of mixed fruit/nut and got charged $19.46. It was so loud in there I did not know they charge $9.47 for a pound, there were no signs showing the price. Only got two items! Needless to say this was our first and now our last time going there. The owner was nice however to expensive.

The owner Juan, is a very kind man who is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking for another bird for our family. We needed a bird that was good with all age groups because we have a four year old girl. Juan was so helpful in showing us all the birds that he thought would be great in our price range. We (my two daughters & I) fell head over heels for a baby white umbrella cockatoo which was a little over our price range. Juan worked with us and we left very happy! Juan and his family even stayed after hours to wait for my husband as I forgot my credit card at home (ooooppppsss)! Juan was even willing to help us by bringing the cage to our home since he has a pick-up truck! We didn't need his help since the cage fit in my husbands car, but where do you get that kind of customer care (especially in Vegas)? At E&J PETS that's where!!! Juan even called us a couple days later to see if everything was ok! Simply AMAZING!!! If you or someone you know are looking for a bird or bird supplies, you MUST go to E&J PETS!!!
